My dry eye specialist in Colorado helped me figure out I have thyroid eye disease. She tried many treatments and eventually ran out of options. She said, if you don’t mind traveling Dr Laura Periman is awesome at some treatments we don’t offer. I had one session in Seattle and my pain (15 years of it).. was gone. I’ve traveled a few times now to work in the other symptoms and each time it keeps improving. It was so worth the time and cost to travel to Seattle. My eyes.. they feel so much better!

Fantastic experience. Dr. Periman, aside from being awesome, is the authority in this field. Don’t waste your time elsewhere, go directly to expert.

I struggled with dry eye, chronic styes, and chalazion for months and was told to just use a hot compress by another doctor. After no luck with standard treatment, I was so fortunate to find Dr. Periman as she was able to quickly identify the root cause of my condition. After only a few IPL sessions and a comprehensive treatment plan, we were able to get my condition under control. My eyes finally feel some relief! If you're struggling to find answers to your dry eye symptoms, do not hesitate to go see her. She is incredibly knowledgable, passionate, and kind. Dr. Periman is insanely good at what she does, I’ve never experienced a doctor quite like her. I’ve had dry eye and blepharitis for years and years and was ready to give up and throw my hands up in defeat. During the first appointment I started to feel a sense of hopefulness once again. She and her team spent almost 2 hours with me! Amazing. I felt heard and cared for, ready to turn the corner and put this horrible eye disease to rest. That is what we’ve been doing ever since and I thank God I found her. Finally a doctor who understands and has SO much knowledge it’s inspiring and makes me want to learn more each time. If you want a real dry eye expert, you have to see her. She is very knowledgeable and she REALLY cares about her patients. Never had the opportunity to see her personally, but we chatted sometimes and she helped me a lot and I could realize that she has a really deep scientific background. Dr. Laura Periman is truly a remarkable person with a deep knowledge base. Her passion is clear and deliberate. She truly enjoys listening to everyone's story followed by basic advice on a treatment plan and more importantly educating the patient. All round A+

On Friday, Dec. 20, my son experienced an eye injury from a plastic bottle cap. I called Dr. Laura Periman's office at the close of business and left a message--I could not believe it but Dr. Periman called me on my cell, ready and eager to help me, within minutes. She asked for a photograph and information. Next, she determined my son's injury and ordered a prescription to my local pharmacy and sent me instructions. I had medication in my hand in no time. Over the weekend, she checked in with me every day (also asking for updated pics) and gave me additional recommendations. My son is doing so much better and healing! I first started seeing Dr. Laura Periman about 5 years ago. I have never had such a thorough eye exam; I swear she could see into my soul :). She is an amazing doctor, beyond caring and takes her job personally. She listens, makes recommendations and is driven to help patients have the best eye health possible. Dr. Periman is an absolute MIRACLE WORKER! She is one of (if not THE) best doctors I've ever worked with. There is no one with more knowledge about the eyes - especially all things "Dry Eye" related. Her bedside manner makes you feel safe, heard and that "everything is going to be ok." When I came to Dr. Periman, I was at my wits end. I'd seen so many eye doctors but NO ONE could help diagnose my condition and recommend treatment that worked. That all changed when I met Dr. P. She has performed tests, procedures and evaluated everything from diet to stress to supplements and products to provide an integrative plan to help cure me. The results are astounding and I am forever grateful to Dr. P. I am happy to have her in my corner for continued care to ensure my eyes stay healthy. Highly highly recommend!!!
