We began our GI experience with Dr. Mark Kusek, who ignored my daughter's 12 pound weight loss and said she was merely a picky eater constipation. After a second visit with him, we asked for a new drand we were all relieved to get Dr. P because she took my daughter's pain seriously and immediately ordered a colonoscopy and endoscopy and saw that she had ulcers all over her esophagus and colon. My daughter is finally getting help!!! The dr came in on her day off for one appointment!
We were.theilled with Dr Prestridge. Explained what she thought was the problem, described the options, tests, etc. She performed the tests/procedure and our daughter finally had an answer and a solution which worked.
My son's life is completely changed since Dr. Prestridge diagnosed and treated him for encopresis (involuntary soiling/chronic constipation). It was a long process, but it was worth it. My son has changed schools and now can make and keep freinds because of the medical issue being completely resolved. His self-esteem has improved and he feels life is worth living. He is free to live a normal childhood without the constant bullying and ridicule from peers and teachers. We were completly hopeless, but now We couldn't be happier!
