Dr. Redler and Anise are the best of the best! You won’t find a more caring, effective and smart team! I recommend them to just about anyone!

Dr Redler is highly professional, and still down to Earth with handling ones ailment. My knee’s are problematic after a severe fall a few years ago. Her treatment plan for each knee has helped, and will continue to help them. PT, and injections under my knee caps have proved beneficial to keep me walking. I recommend her to anyone that asked. I've had tears in both left and right quadriceps. Dr. Redler has been the surgically captain in both repairs. To me, she's an incredibly well skilled orthopedics surgeon.  Every detail relating to my surgery (post-op info, meds, paperwork..... ) were handled by her team without issue.  After surgery, whenever I texted her on something she got back to me almost immediately.  If it's not her getting back to me, someone on her team always does and in a timely manner.   Her assistant Anise (Dr. Redlers right hand), a sports medicine specialist by training is kind, knowledgeable and attention to detail driven. She made sure my braces were properly fitted and answered any question I may of forgotten to ask Doctor R.  Together, their a power team, sorta like Jacee and Beyonce or the President and Vice President of the United States. I've been a patient of Doctor Redlers  since 7/21. Because of the severity of my Injuries im still seeing Dr. Redler and its now 11/21.  Before you say to yourself "why so long" picture this.  I went from 11 days of being wheelchair bound to walking with crutches. I'm now closer to walking without any assistance, something I didn't think I would recover from.  Keep in mind, all recoveries are different, depending on the severity of the injury. Your recovery time might be much shorter. Been seen by Dr. Redler at two locations for different reasons:   161st and Broadway and at the 5th Ave location in manhattan.  Have always scheduled appointments before noon, this way I'm in and out.  Her team is upbeat, professional and nonjudgmental. Front desk specialist are cheerful, helpful, take pride in greeting and assisting patients.  Both locations are well maintained. I'm mostly, seen on time. If not, wait time is short. Dr Redler is an excellent surgeon and communicator. She explained all of my options and reviewed the procedure thoroughly. Lauren's entire team made my ACL reconstruction a very quick and comforting process.

She saw me did a procedure on me that les me to greater pain …. I called the office, stopped in the office, wrote a letter to her and emailed corporate office. She refuses to get back to me with me scheduling a visit. It seems she’s only in this for money and not helping people. I understand she could have both, but not getting back to someone that was in pain from a procedure she did shows an extreme lack of empathy. I also had a billing issue and spoke to someone that was going to look into it and call me back. That never happened I’ve been waiting about. 6 weeks for a call from Dr. and about 2 weeks from billing. There are a lot of doctors out there. I recommend to do your research. If compassion is just as important as skill, looks for the correct doctor.

I heard something pop in my knee and I was terrified that I had torn something. I got the soonest available appointment I could get and luckily got Dr Redler. I say lucky because at the time, I just wanted to be seen ASAP, but I later came to realize my good fortune as Dr Redler was attentive to my needs and provided thorough medical advice and help. I was able to get an MRI and the help I need to continue my active lifestyle, and for this I am very grateful. 10/10 would recommend, hopefully I don't hurt myself again and have to go back though. Dr Redler is the only orthopedic surgeon who found the root cause of my knee problems. I’m 6 months post surgery and she absolutely changed my life for the better. She is extremely knowledgeable, warm kind and takes her time with her patients. She explains things without talking down to people but makes knowledge accessible. She was beyond prompt with responding to messages and answered the myriad of questions I had with patience. I cannot recommend Dr Redler and all her staff enough. I had the best experience with Dr. Lauren H. Redler, MD and her team from the day I stepped in her office they made me feel way better by explaining every step to me she suggested MRI and her team helped me schedule it! Dr. Redler is such a talented and caring surgeon. I ruptured both my patella tendons (one of the most devastating knee injuries, only in both knees at the same time) in 2018. Basically my legs were completely disabled. Dr. Redler compiled a team and repaired both ruptured patella tendons, using a new cutting edge procedure. People that have this injury don’t always comeback 100%. Within a couple of months I was basically back. Honestly my knees never felt better. Dr. Redler is an Alpha surgeon a driven, determined, and talented person. Don’t use the same old dudes that aren’t cutting edge. She is with you before, during, and after surgery. Don’t waste your time with other orthopedic surgeons!!!! She uses surgery as a last resort or to improve your life. Went to see her for elbow pain. Waste of time, They didnt take x-rays. Exam took 45 seconds, she told me to do excersizes and buy a elbow cuff from Amazon. They told me they would scedule an MRI on elbow. 3 weeks went by and no one from her office called me. Horrible expierence I do not recommend her. Found another Doctor last week and gave me a Cortizone shot. Elbow feels great now.

She is an amazing doctor very knowledgeable, she performed surgery to repair my knee, I had a fractured tibia plateau when playing soccer, she was very understanding, caring and very sensible to my needs during my recovery, I will be for ever thankful for her kindness and professionalism.

The reviews are accurate. Dr. Redler is and was excellent. While the physical ailment was, in the end, a mild one, nevertheless, she was marvelously clear, asked excellent questions, listened carefully, and took time (the right amount, not excessive, not rushed) to really describe the physical mechanics so as to enable us to understand exactly what was going on. Highly recommended.

My son suffered a broken tibia plateau while playing soccer, took him to emergency, the orthopedic surgeon on duty explained that since my son is a minor had to be transported to the Presbyterian Children's Hospital where we were fortunate to find Dr. Redler. She immediately performed the surgery procedure that she thought it was best due to the way the bone fractured. It worked perfect, my son recovered completely, back to playing sports again. For ever thankful to Dr. Redler.

My 12 year old son injured his knee. Dr. Redler was wonderful both in the care she provided by recommending an MRI and also in the way she communicated clearly the issues and concerns. Fortunately, after diagnosing my son with a DEEP bone bruise (technically- a broken knee), my son recovered 100% with rest.

As someone who has seen many doctors through the years, Dr. Redler was a breath of fresh air. After checking the source of discomfort and discussing symptoms I was having, Dr. Redler explained treatments to alleviate my pain, scheduled therapy and offered a course a of action if these treatments were unsuccessful. Dr. Redler was a professional throughout the visit and made me feel at ease during the course of the exam. After two visits, my symptoms are gone & I feel great. I highly recommend!
