Dr. Ballard seems to be interested in you as a person and a patient. She listens to you and takes all the time you need. In my experience she has been very thorough. After 30 years with another Dr. who retired I was fearful of finding one as caring but I have found that in Dr. Ballard. She knows how to listen to an older adult which is so very important.
She is very good and knowledgeable. Talks and listens. Doesnât rush the visit.
Horrible dr. I wouldn't give any stars but want to rate her bedside manner. Very bad

Dr Ballard knows what needs and should be known by doctors treating elder patients. She is gentle and courteous, and talks to her and not about her to me.

Excellent!! She is very attentive to my needs. This was a 6 month check up. I told her I quit taking a medication because of side effects. She was fine with me not taking it and asked if I wanted to replace it. I did not. She was fine with that as well. I feel I can talk to her about anything and would not hesitate . I never have to wait long to see her and she is always cheerful. Love her!
Must say I'm shocked at the reviews for Dr. Ballard. In my 70 years, I've had quite a few doctors, and she ranks very high for me in every way. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit, but what doctor's office doesn't? Would like to read the reviews left for her. She is kind, understanding and takes the time to listen to all my concerns. Top notch doctor!
