I have been a patient of Dr. Sorrenson's for over 30 years and litterly owe my sight to her skilled attention to detail. In my experience, most optomertrists focus primerily on vision correction and the many methods of correction. Dr. Sorrenson goes beyond this and is concerned about the health of the eyes as well. Should Dr. Sorrenson discover a health issue with the eyes she will immediately refer the patient to a trusted optomologist and provide history, opinion and details to the specialist ahead of the visit. Her practice is the most comprehensive of any that I know of.
