I met Dr Fein last winter while pregnant. I have a very complicated debilitating chronic illness that I’ve had for several decades and I came to him in bad shape. He has since taken excellent care of me. I’ve had two joint replacements and he, along with his PA and patient care assistant, have been beyond amazing, always going above and beyond to help me. I have been to countless specialists throughout the years, and Dr Fein and his staff are the best I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend him.

I had knee surgery with DR. Fein i called there office to schedule having my stitches out twice with no return phone call i ended up removing my own stitches. Never once did this doctor make a follow up call about surgery. My knee is worse now than before surgery . I would never recommend this doctor to anyone from day one i had bad vibes about this doctor but my wife encouraged me to go through with surgery i wish i had listened to my instinct and sought another doctor.

I had 15 screws and a plate put in a broken ankle. After asking for pain med's and antibiotics I was denied by Dr. Fein. The pain was excruciating. When I had the screws and plate removed I was again denied pain med's and antibiotics. The pain was excruciating. At my scheduled apt. to have the 15 staples removed I was in so much pain because of the infection I couldn't drive. I asked for pain med's and was denied. I've called Ortho NY several times and was put into voice mail hell.
