Such a waste of money. Billed $230 for some test he wanted to run that told me nothing for the symptoms was experiencing. Made it sound so easy that will run these tests and then give not even a glimpse of how much the tests will cost. Had I known it was going to cost so much, I wouldn't have bothered with the tests. Then when ask about expenses it's a different billing group so don't take any responsibility and say well it's dependent on your insurance. When you first make the appt, all they care about is getting your insurance info so how can you not tell me how much the Lab Work should cost? Was no follow-up on the results. I had to call to check in on the test they told me it wasn't cancerous, was like uhhhh well you never mentioned cancer prior to taking the test so no I did not expect that and still have not been informed about scheduling a follow up appointment to discuss the results and have not treated why I originally went. Great experience with Dr. Matt

This review is for the unamed receptionist that helped me today and not for Dr Matt since I never made it to the appointment. I called in to confirm and give my insurance information but the person on the phone was so rude and so hard to work with that I decided to cancel at which point she hung up on me. To give you an idea, the person would not even acknowledge my full name. I was also unable to confirm if my insurance with a major network would be accepted or not. Dr. Matt is kind and knowledgeable. He has taken care of many issues I’ve had over the years and feel very lucky to have found him. You can ask him any question and you’ll always get a straight answer. He is down to earth and has a great sense of humor which for me is very important, I’m not the easiest of patience :-) go to Dr. Matt

Absolutely awesome. Dr. Lawrence takes his time to listen to your concerns .Does complete check and gives you several options to help with any problem areas on the skin. The office staff is very friendly and always making things easy and quick.

I didn't get a chance to see the Doctor because after waiting 45 minutes for my appointment, and asking twice if I would be seen soon, someone from the front desk rudely told me it would be another half hour. All ok. Staff always friendly and helpful. Dr. Matt always caring and thorough.

I have been seeing Dr. Matt for many years regarding my dermatological issues. Dr. Matt and his staff are kind, professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you might have regarding skin care. You can bring Dr. Matt the smallest skin concerns and he will consult with you on best course of treatment.

Dr Matt, instantly recognized my skin issues and carefully planned out my treatment as to not exacerbate the issue. Treatment is going well, will set up second appointment soon! I had a very pleasant experience. The doctor had a great bedside manner and very appreciative of his treatment.

Dr. Matt is great. Very friendly, easy to talk to and very efficient. It was my first visit and finally a doctor who didn’t seem like he just wanted to rush out of there in under 60 seconds. He was patient and caring. I’ll do a follow up and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Needed a resolution to the excema around my face and eyes. Dr. Matt gave me a $600. Prescription that did not work. Later, he sent me another $100 prescription that did not work. He was treating my excena as a bacteria and my excema was virus related due to my cold sore breakouts. Had to buy my own virus abreva medication for my eye that has worked on my virus cold sores. I had to figure this out on my own. This cleared my eye up immediately. Wish I had the $600. and the $100 back from what he prescribed that didn't work!! Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Matt. He spent a great deal of time with me and had a nice bedside manner. Sometimes doctors can have "one foot out the door" because they're so busy, but with Dr. Matt, I did not get this impression. He was very thoughtful and generous with his time and insight.

I went for my first visit at the end of Feb, 2021. When I checked in, the front desk ladies were extremely rude and said I didn’t have an appointment, but could “squeeze me in.” Strike 1. I went at 9am, right when they open, to then wait 40 minutes to be seen. Strike 2. To top it all off, while I was waiting those 40 minutes, the walls are PAPER THIN. I could hear word for word what the patient nextdoor and doctor were discussing, even over the loud construction across the street. Strike 3. I will not be coming back here unless they improve on these things. Everyone is extremely unprofessional and I expected better for a place with such high reviews.
