Dr. Laxmidhar Diwan

Came here many years ago for surgery on my knee. Dr. Diwan did an excellent job. Very honest and knowledgeable which I appreciated. I've gotten back to training for half-marathons since and my knee is holding up well. Thank you Dr. Diwan

Excelent Dr

After reading such a good reviews I went to doctor Diwan with knee pain. He took X-ray, and his opinion was that Im fine, I shouldn’t do anything and the pain will go away. Telling me that I have meniscus tear after looking on X-ray. Week after his visit, I end up in ER with terrifying knee pain. They performed another X-ray. There was no meniscus tear at all. His diagnose was wrong since X-ray doesn’t show meniscus, bone structure only. what was he looking then. At the ER they told me that I had tumor on patella that was definitely visible on x-ray and he didn’t tell me about, didn’t bother to look closely just assuming and giving me his false diagnose. I needed to be operated right away. I wouldn’t recommend dr Diwan. There are other doctors that are more experienced, knowledgeable and caring about there patients. This place is not worth the money. I end up with professional doctor Neofitos Stefanides MD that is way communicative and carrying doctor. After reading such a good reviews I went to doctor Diwan with knee pain. Went back to him again, and fixed me up in a matter of no time. My surgery went great and my insurance covered everything. He is so passionate about what he does and cares so much about his patients which makes him so unique. This is by far the best doctor!

Great and very knowledgeable doctor, you can tell he really cares about his patients and is looking to do the best job possible for them. He's got a ton of experience and it's clear he's done and seen almost every kind of surgery under the sun, as a patient this makes you feel calm and assured you're in good hands. Additionally the stuff was courteous, attentive and worked hard to accommodate everyone. Dr. D is one of the best in the business, I'd certainly recommend him.
