Devin and Jessica are 10 stars out of 5. Kind, courteous, professional, everything you want in a healthcare provider. It can be tough to get an appointment because they are so busy but DEFINITELY worth it! I love this place and the people.

Excellent!

Has no compassion. I Would never have let her cut a hole in my leg this big if I would have known she gives nothing for pain. Leg is infected and she tells me to see my primary care doctor for pain meds. She provided the antibiotic and said pain should go away 2 days.. I had to bite my tongue. will not see her in 8 weeks or every again. I suggest you not see her either unless you have a high level for pain.

I have no complaints The office is run like a well oiled machine . The nurse and staff are very friendly .Dr. Carson gives me plenty of time.

Dr. Carson is a horrible doctor, she should find another profession preferably in a warehouse where she doesn’t have to interact with people. She has no time for patients or their concerns or issues. When I visited her she let me know that I have Lupus but she informed me that she wouldn’t bother with it. I let my regular doctor know about the findings and I was referred to a Rheumatologist who told me that have have the form of Lupus that affects my joints. DO NOT GO TO DR. LEE CARSON!!!! IT WILL BE A HORRIBLE MISTAKE!!!!

We had a appointment at 9:30. We went there at 8:45. We filled up the papers and gave those to them. They did not tell me that I need to have my social security on hand. When it hits exactly the time for my appointment they tell me that you need to have your social security. We told them we can go get it from home. They said we canceled your appointment. Make a new one for no reason at all. They did accept that they were wrong. Instead they said that we are recording what you are saying and doing. And will call the police. There staff those 3 ladies sitting on the counter. Are very bad they don’t know how to treat people. They talked to me very rudely. They said get out of the office. We went in to the parking and waited for the police. No one came. We went back and said we are waiting for the police why are they not here. They said you guys call them. We said why should we call them. We did nothing wrong you guys are wrong. Counter ladies have no sense and do not care about the pacient. Very rude and disrespectful. Will never go again. Without any doubts or reservations, Dr.Lee Carson listens well to what you have to say. This was a very positive experience. She surrounds herself with class A+ assistants who also listen attentively. They summarize your needs and interests from the get-go. Dr. Carson is knowledgeable, efficient, and personable.

I have been going to Dr. Carson for many years and have always been happy. She referred me to a great Mohs surgeon for my facial skin cancer.

Go somewhere else. I went into her office with several concerns about my skin. None of my concerns were addressed. I was asked if what was going on with me was real or if I was “just seeing things”. Dismissive. Rude. Unprofessional. Just wanted that check. Take your business elsewhere. She scripted out some cream antiobiotics and pill antibiotics and walked out. If you want someone who "keeps to time" or you want to be "in and out", you will love this doctor. But if you need a thorough and trustworthy head-to-toe after a history of melanoma, this might not be the doctor for you. After one visit, we'll be seeing someone else.

I've never had to wait long before my appointment. The staff is always courteous. Dr. Carson and Jessica Hall are great! They're always so professional and diagnosed my issues quickly.

The best. My husband and I both see Dr. Carson for various skin cancers, scalp and skin issues. She is always caring and professional in testing and treating...giving us the greatest confidence in her.

I have been seeing Dr. Carson at least annually for the past 4 or 5 years. I found her to be very professional and have not had to wait for long periods of time as I do in most doctors' offices. She deals with my problem and moves on. While some reviewers seem to expect her to hand around and chat, I would much prefer that she keeps on schedule so I don't have to wait forever to see her. Exceptional providers and wonderful staff make this top notch practice a place I would recommend anyone seeking a dermatology specialist. They also have incredible year round cosmetic specials that make pampering myself affordable. Whether you're in the NE or even a short 20 minute drive from downtown, this practice is worth going to.

Dr. Carson was dismissive and abrupt. She spent less than five minutes in the room, failed to fully consider the reason my doctor had referred me, and told me I was on the wrong medication (without ever asking what medications had been tried and failed in the 20 years prior) but did not offer another solution. She asked a few questions and interrupted when I attempted to answer. Eventually I gave up trying to participate in my own healthcare and sat quietly nodding. Abyssmal care.

I had so many questions to ask the Doctor but she was clearly in a rush, she was in the room for less than 5 minutes. I'll not be coming back!

Very impatient doctor, doesn't spend enough time with you. No bedside manner what so ever.

Dr. Carson is professional and has a very professional staff. She found the medication that helps clear up psoriasis and eczema. She then took a biopsy for a third spot for which we are awaiting results.

She is hands on and very through. Have been going to her for 14 years and have recommended a lot of my family and friends and will continue to do so. My daughter had been seen by three different people and the first time my daughter saw Dr. Carson she nailed it and three days later my daughter said first time in 2 months she has felt good. Dr. Carson will get to the bottom of any problem and that's the kind of doctor I want taking care of me and my family.

I would not recommend northeast dermatology to anyone. Dr. Carson spent ~5 mins during the visit, wasn't able to give definitive answers, and had her hand on the door while I was asking questions about my child's skin condition. There is a reason you can get into see this dermatologist in less than a month. The care here is subpar.
