Sure if you get Dr. Cohen it can be a good place to go, but Dr. Hawley left the Ridley office. Go somewhere else, I wish I never went here. Wasted so much time with a misdiagnosis and poor treatment. If you need any work done via surgery, go to Rothman Orthopedics. Thank God I found Dr. Pedowitz there.

I came into the office for severe foot pain after a Lis Franc injury years ago, was x-rayed and told basically to wrap my foot to help the pain. I asked for an MRI, which I went and had done but the results were never followed up on. I called the office multiple times for results & a plan of action and was told I would be called back but never recieved a call back nor any type of follow up at all. Now I just found out that I have a ding on my credit report for $78 from this office when I paid my copay at the time of my visit.

Very friendly, thorough and professional visit. This is the third orthodontist I have seen and I hadn't received an evaluation nearly as comprehensive as the one I received here.

Called a week ago and they were able to get me a appointment the following week Very pleased with my experience and Dr Urbas was great. Explained everything about my foot problem and treatment plan

Just took my 11 year old daughter to see Dr. Wendy. She was in a lot of pain and very nervous, Dr. Wendy was super sweet and explained everything to my daughter before she did it. Our experience was great from start to finish!

Very nice staff, had an in grown toenail removed and felt light headed and nauseous after the procedure and the nurse could tell I didn't feel well. She had me lay back put some cold towels on my head and neck and I felt a lot better. This place really cares about their patients!

He’s wonderful. All the other doctors I saw wanted to surgery, and he fixed my foot issues with these amazing orthotics.

It’s refreshing when a Doctor does not rush you and does not explain their findings and medical terminology - Dr. Le understands and embodies “bedside manner”. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and clear - when you’re in pain you need medical partners that help ease your challenges and pains rather than add to them. I am very thankful for Dr. Le.

I took my 7 year old to see Dr. Wendy. He was so nervous! She was so nice and took time to explain every step to him and show him any instrument she had to use. The girls in the front were so sweet too. We were in and out quickly with my son’s issue resolved. I would definitely recommend this office!

Excellent! He is the only doctor I've seen that doesn't make me feel rushed. He observed how I stood and walked for a long time, from multiple angles, and explained everything to me in an understandable way. Orthotics are expensive but they have made a major improvement in my knee pain. I had a very hard time getting a diagnosis and treatment plan for my knee, and when another physician were essentially told me to accept the pain as aging (when I was only 28), Dr. Cohen encouraged me not to give up and to keep seeking answers. He thinks outside the box, communicates with other doctors, and recommends good doctors and physical therapists. Eventually I needed knee surgery, but without Dr. Cohen telling me not to give up, I might have never gone to a surgeon. Since surgery, my orthotics have done a great job managing my patellofemoral pain. I can walk and bike for many miles again!

Absolutely love this doctors office! Every single person I encountered was so nice and helpful. From my call to make the appointment, to checking in, to the dr & checking out!! Highly recommend!

This was my first visit. Dr. Cohen and his team are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Dr. Cohen provided his undivided attention to my foot problem and has a well thought out and thorough plan to correct my problem. He has a super personality and sense of humor. I am happy I found Dr. Cohen to treat me.

Dr Cohen is arrogant and incapable of paying attention to people who are not athletes. He is a one size fits all guy. He will throw your “custom” orthotic at you and if it doesn’t work there is something wrong with you not it. If you come back or call for help you won’t really get any. You’ll be shamed because it doesn’t work and told that it’s impossible for you to have trouble with it.

Staff was very nice and welcoming, Dr. Le was such a pleasure, the appointment didn’t take long either, I was in and out in no time. ????

I was very happy with the care and attention I received from all the staff and Doctor Lee. They were very thorough and explained their findings in the x-rays and examination very well. They were very knowledgeable and caring about my problem.

I called as a new patient as I’m in agony with my foot and choose this office as I’m in the same neighborhood. The girl who answered wasn’t compassionate at all and gave me an appointment for 3 weeks later. I now have an appointment in Media the next day.

The doctor treating my mother is very good with her or else I would take our business else where. The young women working the office are lacking in customer service and empathy of any kind . I spoke with a person named Sophia, about not scheduling an overdo appointment, and she was more concerned about “finding the email on her system “, I said I not cornered about who dropped the ball I ( she was blaming office manager that was on vacation) I said I just need to get my into the office she is complaining of pain. Sophia said to” aren’t all my patients are in pain she (my mom) not any special.” After this I asked to speak with someone else if possible. I sorry Sophia you were having a bad day or you don’t like your job, or you are mad because the office manager is on vacation and you are overwhelmed with the additional dut but it does not give you the right to speak to people in that way. I have never been treated by Dr. Cohen but have been in his presence on multiple occasions during my time as a Certified Athletic Trainer. He has treated former athletes of mine with the upmost care. As I have been a patient of this office for many years I have never had an issue with any of the staff. Everyone in the office is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Cohen and his staff are highly organized, efficient, and well versed in their field. Dr. Cohen and his team were able to make an excellent assessment by performing multiple range of motion exercises, obtaining a thorough and complete history of my previous medical/ surgical history. In addition my gait was observed without footwear multiple times , so that a thorough assessment and prognosis could be made. I am a complicated patient with an extensive trauma and injury history, however a plan of care was quickly concluded and I am encouraged that I am finally on the road to recovery! If you are looking to spend $800 on custom insoles, this may be the place for you. If you are looking for a diagnosis or have an injury, do not waste your time!! Go somewhere else! Lee Cohen came highly recommended to me. In the packet of papers they handed me to fill out BEFORE I even saw their staff, there was a waiver they wanted me to sign agreeing that custom insoles were a necessary part of my treatment plan and I would consent to paying for them. I explained I could not afford them and thus did not sign. They also wanted to x-ray me again after I just had x-rays of my foot done in the LAST TWO WEEKS! My appt was with Dr. Cohen and I never saw him. Maybe because I refused to sign the waiver for the insoles? The associate I saw just showed me all the different options for custom insoles, and tried to sell me them, told me come back when I could afford them. They gave me no diagnosis, no explanation of what caused my injury. It's a disgrace that doctors can practice this way!!!

I was recently seen by a doctor at Rothman Institute who referred me to Dr. Cohen for a gait analysis. Upon arrival, I was asked to sign a consent form agreeing to accept financial responsibility for custom orthotic inserts. I thought it was odd that I would be asked to sign that without knowing whether or not I needed them, but I signed anyway. At the end of my visit, I discovered that Dr. Cohen is not interested in treating patients who do not purchase his orthotics. The examination itself was thorough, but no more in-depth than what was performed for me by a physical therapist a few weeks ago. I learned nothing new. Halfway through the examination, Dr. Cohen very confidently told me he could fix my problem. The appointment ended with a sales pitch for $700 orthotics that would not be covered by my insurance. When I declined, he abruptly wished me good luck and left the room. I followed him out into the hallway to ask what my other alternatives are. His advice: "keep doing physical therapy and don't run a marathon". He then walked away and moved onto another patient. I stopped the other physician I saw in the hallway to ask what to do now. I’ve been to many podiatrists and Dr Cohen is the most thorough and kindest Dr. I’ve ever met. He makes you smile just to see him. My feet are so much better than ever! I also brought my son who has neurological disabilities and everyone was so kind to him that he was completely at ease there. His feet are terribly flat footed and an awful mess and he finally has hope that He can get relief from the pain here. Just had his first visit but we are hopeful for first time. I highly recommend treating here.

It was the most comprehensive first time visit to any dr I ever had. They were in a satellite office due to a storm. However ,the quality of care I received on my visit (my first visit) was awesome. Dr. Cohen provides expertise and the best orthotics out there. I still come back to him despite living in California because I can't find another provider that can help like he can.

I had been dealing with severe bunions since I was a young teenager and athlete. Dr. Cohen was the first Podiatrist that did not immediately resort to surgery, given my circumstances. He worked with me for years to relieve my pain until eventually there was nothing else to try. I am now a year out of a Lapidus Bunionectomy done on each foot by one of his associates, Dr. Emily Rose, and I am happy to say that I would not be back to running and playing Field Hockey if it wasn’t for the individualized care that the office provided to me. My Doctor explained the procedure, offered to answer any questions. She has a terrific bedside manner & makes you feel very comfortable. She finished the procedure painlessly & quickly. Awesome. This was my first visit to a Podiatrist. From the Secretary, the Registered Nurse who assists, to Dr Rose, The Podiatrist, everyone was pleasant & competant. I needed 2 Toenails removed. Dr Emily Rose was wonderful. She explained the procedure, encouraged me to ask questions, made me feel very comfortable. She was done in a jiffy. It was very painless. I highly recommend Dr Cohen & Associates.

Dr.Cohen is old school, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely competent in his field. If you need help then he’s your Doc! His staff is very competent as well.
