Brought my wife in because she was complaining that she was feeling tired and weak. And was feeling issues with her heart ❤. DR. Lee S. Gross told my wife that she was fine and over reacting ! What a great office to get established with. Dr. Gross took time to get to know me and my concerns. Very informative when answering my questions. I knew I made the best choice for my healthcare.

Dr. Gross is an awesome physician who not only cares about his patients but is making strides to help everyone in the country have affordable healthcare. Highly recommended!

Dr. Crouch is a great doctor. He thoroughly goes over any and every issue/problem I may be having. It is very reassuring to have an actual doctor take up the time with his patients...

After over 12 years as my doctor he sent me a letter 2 yrs ago stating he no long accepts insurance other than his own plan he is selling which cost $60 a month . a plan that does not cover hospital nor traveling outside the area.a plan he reference is like Netflix. I still have the letter. I had thought highly of him up until that .i had felt comfortable and secure he had my best interest at heart until he dismissed me for having insurance...that never restricted my care...now i need a good doctor since i have developed health issues. The whole thing has been a horrid experience. If you cant trust your doctor to do right by you who can you trust. Now im dealing with another md who loves to do double billing with the millenium group. Are there honest caring md out there that are in it for care and for whats in your bank account.?

A great dr.

Although the office is at least 30 minutes away I wouldn't go anywhere else. The nurses and staff are super nice and I feel like I can really talk to my Dr. and he LISTENS!

Great clinic and doctor. I think this is the way healthcare should be done, its affordable and you only pay more if you really need it. Dr.Crouch is super helpful and very insightful. I've been there a few times for myself and for my children and never felt rushed, they take their time on each patient to provide quality care.

What Dr. Gross is doing is amazing! I have never had health insurance my whole life due to the outrageous cost of medical care. I was always told to take tylenol and go to bed and hope it is not worse in the morning. Now that I am a part of Dr. Gross's health program I can see him anytime I am sick. Before I felt trapped and out of luck and now because of this awesome Doctor I can get the medical help I need affordably. Plus he is a really nice guy! What Dr. Gross is doing is amazing! There aren't enough accolades I can bestow on Dr. Lee S. Gross, MD. He is the epitome of a patient medical advocate and exist only in his profession to care for his patients. An extraordinary physician, he has turned away from the mainstream medical insurance model of practicing medicine that has ruined our health care industry to champion a revolutionary way to get great health care that is affordable for everyone. So I found myself in need of medical help and I had no insurance and didn't know where to turn. A lady recommended Dr. Gross to me. I had a mass in my neck that need to be biopsied right away to rule out cancer. I lost a sister to lymphoma and another had leukemia. Cancer runs very thick in my family so I needed the biopsy fast. I figured when it was all said and done I was going to be out over a thousand by the time the lab and everything else was added in. Dr. Gross got it all done for me at a fraction of the cost I was expecting. Very affordable and I am very thankful for his help. Very smart and diligent doctor. I would definitely recommend him! Dr. Gross is a fine doctor in every aspect, providing direct primary care in North Port. A lifesaver for me, Dr. Gross has saved me thousands of dollars in medical expenses and provided exceptional medical care and advice. My only disappointment is that Dr. Gross no longer accepts Medicare now that I have it.

I have been going for 1.5 years, have Medicare and so I see Candice Nicoll, nurse practioner, who is excellent. I am an RN myself and know that she "knows her stuff!" If it had not been for her diagnosis of low thyroid, even though it was in the normal range, I would not have been able to lose the 40 lbs that I did and get off diabetic tablets twice a day. She takes time, goes above and beyond, really cares about her patients and does research to learn more. If I could give 6 stars, I would!! If you're deciding to come here or not, let me tell you that I have never felt more comfortable talking to a doctor. Dr. Lee Gross was exceptional, he sat down and listened to everything that was happening to me. Never have I once felt uncomfortable, rushed, or felt like I was being thrown a bunch of medicine. Dr Gross has been an amazing asset to Pame and mine health these past few month's. We feel so fortunate and blessed to have him and his team as our primary health care. Keep up the great work Doc.????????????

Dr Gross and Team are top notch. If you want a true Doctor/Patient relationship, real health care, simple payment options with or without health insurance this is the Doc for you. We abandoned our worthless health care coverage after the rates doubled, our out of pocket costs tripled and our deductable could never be met. We were afraid to even use our insurance. We never knew when, if or how we could use it. I'm a business professional of 29 years and still felt as if I needed an accountant, lawyer and advisor to schedule simple basic healthcare visits. We've been at Epiphany for over two years now. We saved almost $18,000 the first year paying our simple Direct Primary Care payment of $60 a month and then our blood work, imaging out of pocket at DEEPLY discounted costs. My sister and her husband have decided to follow suit after I showed her how much I paid for blood work with Dr Gross ($25) to her $170 with her insurance elsewhere. I personally see Dr Crouch. He is a great doc who takes lots of time with his patients. Ephinany health has been a life saver for me. Affordable quality healthcare.

Dr. Gross has cared for me and my now deceased husband for many years. He knows what to do always. Other than his superb medical skills, his most outstanding trait is that he is not stimulus bound, a characteristic which enabled him to create Epiphany Direct Primary Care.

Have been a patient for 12 years. I am not sick very often but when I am, Dr. Gross has always been very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The practice is well-organized and clean. Front desk staff is polite and wait-times are short. I can certainly recommend this physician.
