Prompt and courteous delivery of medical services... Dr. Schachter reviewed my case history and both padt and future treatment options to my satisfaction.

Friendly and efficient staff. Dr.Schachter listens and answers all your questions. I have been a patient with this practice for 15 years. I highly recommend Dr. Schachter and the Urology practice.

My appointment was for 4:30 and I was out by 4:45. Dr. Schachter as always was polite, professional, and focused on my issues.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful and Doc is the best and explains very well and treats you not only as a patient but also as a person the staff is just AWESOME

Dr. Schachter was professional and concise. He listened to my concerns, and he made me feel like we were working together as a team. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Schachter was prompt in seeing me. The paperwork was insidious in the number of times I repeated Name/birthdate/ etc. The doctor was very complete and frank with my situation. We discussed the path forward in terms I could understand. The fear of the dreaded exam was unfounded. My only issue was getting the data from the portal so that I could share it with my primary care physician. I would strongly recommend Dr. Schacter for anyone requiring urological services.

Dr.Schachter is very polite, and patient. He made me feel that I could entrust him with my health, and trust him to perform my surgery. His office staff is very polite, professional, and friendly. It was God's will that sent me to this practice. I am very pleased.

Avoid this practice at all costs - their administrative staff is incompetent and the clinicians simply do not care. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for 6 months and zero progress has been made.

Avoid this practice at all costs. The administrative staff is incompetent and the clinicians simply do not care. They don't know how to process insurance, make appointments, or resolve issues. Getting hold of the office takes an act of God. AVOID!

Lee Schachter has been my Urologist for the past 7 years. He always does a great job in keeping me informed and providing necessary information. My urologist recommended DrSchacter for robotic surgery on my prostate. I have called twice, and my urologist supposedly asked him to call me. I never heard from Dr Schachter. I'm at Fox Chase now. Very competent and caring.

Dr Schachter made sure my husband received the care he needed after going to the emergency room

Ridiculous long wait time (over 1 hr) for new patient appointment. I was 30 mins late to work....The Doctor is awful poor bed side manner. I called my wife on the phone during my visit to ask some questions she had about my care and he was short and rude to my wife. I left out of the office unsure of next steps with treatment. I would NOT recommend this provider.

Bedside manner is excellent. He explained everything in full detail and even used drawings to show me exactly what would be performed. He was reassuring to both me and my wife and exuded total confidence. He even personally called me the day before surgery just to check in on how I was doing. Would highly recommend.
