My experience was about the best I have ever had, be it medical or dental. Everything was perfect.

I am writing for my husband who has now passed away, but I know he’d want me to write his praise for Dr Kent. Every single time he’d return after a visit to Dr Kent, he had glowing praise for her. One time after an extraction, he commented how he hadn’t even realized she had pulled the tooth. She was just that painless. What would ordinarily be an uncomfortable experience of having a deep cleaning, he wouldn’t have one negative comment. Dr Kent is just that good. If you will give her a try, you will not go to any other periodontist, and you will encourage your friends and family to do the same. I have been a patient of Dr Kent’s for over five years. The reason I keep returning is because Dr Kent does such.a wonderful job. She and her staff is kind and knowable.

The staff and Hygenists are always courteous and go out of their way welcome you and make you feel comfortable.

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Kent and her staff. I was not left alone for more than a minute or two the whole visit. They explained every procedure plus the plan going forward. Sweet Maggie had just become engaged and she shared the details of that special day with me just like we were old friends. The office staff informed me of my cost and insurance procedure up front and I left there without a qualm or a question. Can’t wait to see them again. Comfort and professionalism at its best! Several years ago, my dentist referred me to Dr Kent for a periodontal procedure. I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable and well cared for as I did with Dr Kent and her amazing staff. I always try to research a doctor I have not previously seen even though one of my doctors makes a referral. Dr. Leigh Kent exceeded my expectations as to her caring and the amount of time she spent regarding the problem I had with a failing implant. Not only did she explain why the problem had occurred but how it could be corrected and what might keep it from happening again. Her support staff was just as professional in their duties. I don’t really know how you did it. But y’all made the experience of having a dental implant almost fun! At no time in the process, and even after the procedure, did I feel pain at all. I anticipated significant pain. But so far, none whatsoever. Every single person on your staff couldn’t have handled themselves any better. Extremely competent, professional and cordial. And last but not least, I marveled at your skillful use of nitrous oxide & oxygen. You were able to control my state of mind at will. Nitrous oxide when you wanted me not to care, and then oxygen when you wanted me to be alert (such as walk down the hall for an interim MRI in the middle of the procedure). My dentist “warned” me of what a great experience I would have under your care. I see now that she was right. Thank you for taking such great care of me. Y’all are AMAZING!! My dentist referred me to Dr. Kent who worked me into her schedule on very short notice. Her staff was very thorough in explaining the implant process and subsequent steps. I was nervous about having a tooth removed under urgent circumstances. But Dr. Kent was very reassuring; her calm voice and gentle touch helped settle me down.
