I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Baginski to women in every stage of life.

Updated for 6 month post-op- I had an ablation surgery for endometriosis with a different dr in 2017 and got zero pain relief, and have been taking around 30-40 tylenol within 3 days every month. After having an excision surgery with Dr Baginski 6 months ago, I've only had to take around 2-4 tylenol. Such a life changing outcome for me. I've been dealing with this deliberating pain since I was 12 (20 years). I can't recommend him enough. Dr. Baginski is very knowledgeable, he takes the time to truly listen and come up with a plan together. He doesn't try to persuade you into anything or dismiss your concerns or wishes. He and his staff have excellent bedside manners, all friendly and helpful. He is also highly recommend in the "Nancy's Nook for Endometriosis" community if you follow that platform. The surgical team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

I was seen very quickly and Dr Baginski was very thorough and attentive. He cares for my overall health as well. I highly recommend him.

It was easy to make an appointment. Online check in was available. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and was admitted a few minutes after. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Baginsky is very easy going and have answers to any question. Satisfied with my visit.

He is attentive and efficient, answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed even though he’s extremely busy. He is well supported by his amazing staff, this practice is a well oiled machine. They are all so kind and professional, they make you feel welcomed, never off put, a dream team you could say. I went through 3 OBGYNs when having my first son, I found Dr.Baginski for the 2nd and he’s helping me through my third. So greatful for him, his expertise, and his team.

I am so thankful to have been at Dr. B’s office this last year. Through two miscarriages, Stacy and the whole staff were quick to listen and provide care for me. Meredith has always been so sweet through the ultrasounds, and I truly felt like they were genuinely excited with me when I recently went in for a successful ultrasound where we saw a heartbeat.

Dr. Baginski delivered my daughter 4 years ago and continues to help me with other health issues. He truly cares and is an exceptional person. We feel so grateful to have him as a doctor and we will continue to make the drive to see him. He is worth it!

Dr. Baginski did his absolute best to honor my birth plan wishes and did everything to keep me and baby safe. He was open to my birthing plan, open to my placenta encapsulation, open to me having a doula etc. Although my birthing plan didn’t turn out as expected, he showed up, delivered my baby and I didn’t have to have a random on call doctor. I love that he has you do an ultrasound with his tech every time you come. He’s a great doctor.

WORST DOCTOR. TOO BUSY to CARE. This post is for 1st time Moms. My name is Svetlana Kurtseva. I was pregnant with my 1st child. My decision to have Leon Baginski as my OBGYN was based on good online reviews and location. My pregnancy was perfect, no complications. All I asked from my doctor is to have my baby as natural as possible!!! My contractions started, me and the father of my child went to the Mission VIEJO Hospital. At the hospital: 1. They injected into my vein medication to make my contractions go faster and stronger. Told me that it will “help” to deliver faster. 2. Broke my water. Told me my baby will go through vaginal canal easier. Nothing was natural, I didn’t know better. 18 hours in! I had very strong contractions and asked for a pain medication, I got an epidural. Still was planning to give a natural birth. Leon came once, during my contractions, checked my opening - 9cm., left. Nurse broke my water way to early, 6 hours after, my baby’s heart rate started to drop off. I had no choice but to do a C Section. During the c section we found out that baby was positioned - face up. I did my research, it means that if Leon Baginski did his due diligence, find out why I had long contractions and slow progress, realized baby’s position was wrong. All he needed to do is to reposition me (by turning me on the side!!!) or manually reposition baby inside. I would avoided cutting my belly and have a bunch of complications afterwards! On next day Leon Baginski had a nerve to come in our room and asked me: “what happened?”. I was speechless by his insolence. After C Section: 1. I have 2 scars outside and inside on my belly! 2. I feel numbness on some parts of my belly! 3. I have bigger risks to run into very serious complications if I get pregnant again because my scars may tear up ! 4. Long recovery, based on intake hormones! 5. I could have a limited about of babies!! Leon Baginski could care less. From healthy woman I became a woman who may not be able to carry my own child!!! I wonder: ‘how many women got cut because of him’?! TO LEON: F*k you! Wish I could cut your belly and see how you would exist after that.

I am honored to share my story about this amazing doctor, Dr Leon J Baginski. I was rushed to the ER back in 1991. After 4 days and 5 doctors opinions, none of them could diagnose my illness. I was very ill and had little time left. It was close to midnight when this extremely focused doctor quickly walked in my room. He walked right up to me. Introduced himself and mentioned he was on call for my OBGYN. (You see, I didn't know that my mother called my doctor because at that time, I was having fertility issues. She was just trying to help save me. The other doctors had no idea what to do with me.) He asked me if it was ok that he examined me. I agreed. He went into action and quickly determined it was an emergency surgery situation. He discovered I had a ruptured appendix. Paratenitis was running all through my body. I would have died without Dr Baginski's quick thinking. Needless to say, I'm here today to share my story about this outstanding human being who saved my life that night because of his quick thinking and amazing abilities! Went today for my first prenatal check up. Everyone are nice from staffs to Doctors. Facility is clean.

I've been a patient since 2018 and highly recommend Dr. B and all of his staff. Friendly, caring, and always willing to help. Dr. B was the first doctor to take me seriously when it came to my pain I suffered with for years, and with futher investigation he preformed a surgery and I was diagnosed with severe Endometriosis back in 2018. Since then he and and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me with my Endo. Dr. B is extremely knowledgeable on Endometriosis. I can't express enough how appreciative and thankful I am to Dr. B and his staff. The best around!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Baginski and his practice. After seeing many other OBGNYs that were of no help he was able to diagnose my issues and create a very personalized treatment plan moving forward. I always feel comfortable, heard and well informed at my visits.

As a young patient, I was pretty nervous coming to see an OBGYN doctor for the first time, as I am only 18 years old. When I came to the office, all the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Dr. Baginski is very thorough in his explanations on conditions, procedures and protocols and is a very well-rounded holistic doctor. I had a large teratoma cyst (13 cm) in my ovary, and was worried that I would have to lose my ovary due to its size. Thankfully, Dr. Baginski was able to take out the large cyst while saving my ovary. I am grateful to Dr. Baginski and his staff for making the process easy.
