For about ten years, I had needed increasingly strong glasses for reading. Then, almost a year ago, I realised I should probably use glasses for driving, too. However, instead, I decided to give laser eye treatment a go. I found the hole experience plesent. Mr Ayzenberg Leonid MD was very keen to explain everything to me and answered most of my questions before I even asked them and was more than willing to explain all he wanted to do and how he thought he could help. He spent time to explain all the possible issues of the operation both at the initial appointment and again before the operation and answered all my questions. Joanne his PA is always at the end of the phone or email and if she can not answer the phone calls back very quickly and will answer your questions or will get the answer asp. Because I live in Cornwall and had the operation at The McIndoe Centre all follow up appointment have been arranged to be ether at my local hospital or zoom meetings. Very efficent, thorough and caring from start to completion. Lots of information and guidance from the time of the initial examination and assessment through to the completion of my procedure which involved the removal of cataracts but most importantly lens replacement to restore my long sight to 20/20 vision. A big thanks to Ayzenberg Leonid MD, for resolving my eye condition, after 3 months of infections and mis diagnosis by a pharmacist, my gp and three hospitals. I e mailed Ayzenberg Leonid MD on a Saturday and had my first consultation on the Tuesday. He gave me a diagnosis straight away. After a course of the correct antibiotics and advise on cream to use,I was signed off from him in last December Ayzenberg Leonid MD really cares about his patients. He takes time to talk and listen and is very compassionate. I really can’t thank him enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

This is the best service I have ever had in the medical field. I was seen within 3 days of my referral, had my cataract done shortly after to accommodate me between my husband's two surgeries. Now again I have been given an excellent appointment as I need to have a small lazering to my operated on eye and again they have accommodated me time wise. Very caring people work there and I had lots of laughs with the nurses while waiting for my cataract to be done. In and out within 2 hours for the actual surgery. I don't understand why they are not rated 5.

Dr Ayzenberg was a true God send. I'm an electronics expert but it all came crashing down around me with cataracts at age 61. My eyesight has always been horrible. Nonetheless, I managed to graduate high school in 2 years at the top of my class. I've personally taken 5 cases to the United States Supreme Court helping the indigent. Now with the aid of Dr. Ayzenberg I can better help the indigent and by proxy the public in general. The worst service I have ever received!! The doctor is rude and arrogant, he doesn't answer questions. He only uses a little light and doesn't use any up to date equipment. Don't let the 5 stars you see by some customers, they are probably family and friends!!

I did a lot of research and read all reviews I could find about this doctor. And I met him twice in person. I did see a few reviews from unhappy patients but none of those regarded his expertise, knowledge, skills or experience. They were all from crybabies complaining that he didn't hold their hand and made pleasant small talk. The fact is - he may not be a champion of people skills but he is very focused and efficient. He doesn't waste time on small talk but he gets the job done. If you focus on his accomplishments and history you will find out he is an expert with tons of experience. So if you need someone to pamper you - go somewhere else. But if you want a great doctor who will fix your eyes - you cannot be in better hands.

My wife needed to get a new prescription as well as a new pair of glasses and unfortunately the Dr couldn't prescribed anything correct, he told us that my wife had some issues with her eyes after doing several tests. In short we decided to go to Sam's club and in just a single visit they prescribed correctly what my wife needed. We will never go back to this place because even we told them what Sam's did they didn't want to refund what we already spent and wanted to use the prescription given by the other doctor.
