Great experience with Dr. Katolik. Took full history, reviewed other medical history. Examined my arm. Advised diagnosis, further evaluation and possible outcomes and plan. Encouraging about eventual resolution of my symptoms. Kind and caring. Highly recommend!

The doc came highly recommended. Perhaps my issue wasn't serious enough. Office staff was lovely, nurse was nice. He was very dismissive. He spent less than 10 mins. with me, said the pain would likely resolve on its own(it hasn't) but he could inject it & it would probably hurt(I knew that). Then he told me I needed to make up my mind b/c he had other patients. So rude. His cost for the visit, booked at 30-45 mins (not even close), was insane. I later found out he treated a friend of mine with the same rude manner. So disappointed. I'm still upset as I see other Jeff docs and every one is fantastic, kind, caring & they all have a great manner.

Went to hand to shoulder center with Duputryen on my left pinky. Met with Dr. Katolik and he recommended surgery. A week later and wow am I glad I did. My finger is completely straight and everything Dr. Katolik said to me was exactly the way it went. I will go back if needed. Staff is very Professional and cordial to all my needs. I found Dr. Katolik to be very professional and personable. He quickly confirmed bilateral carpal tunnel in 2019 and successfully corrected it January 2020. In June of 2021, I visited him again with pain in my wrist which he quickly diagnosed tendinitis. Surgery is scheduled for 9/14/21.

Terrible!!

I have nothing but respect for Dr. Katolik. He has done two surgeries on my hand and explained everything before and after the surgeries. He is very professional, kind, and caring. I would highly recommend him for hand surgery.

I broke a bone in my hand and dislocated my wrist after an awkward fall. Dr. Katolik was amazing. He explained everything before surgery and listened to every concern I had. I continue to see him for occasional pain and he is always helpful. He is an extremely intelligent doctor and by far my favorite that I've ever had to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone.

I recently sustained a fall that resulted in torn ligaments around my thumb. I was referred to The Philadelphia Hand Center for evaluation and then surgery. I was in a great deal of pain prior to the surgery. Dr. Katolick was extremely kind and compassionate. While being prepped for my surgery, Dr. Katolick sat in the OR with me which I found EXTREMELY comforting. I continue with 2 amazing Hand Therapists, Marie and Annalisa. Dr Katolick and his staff truly a credit to their profession!

Minimal to minor pain after surgery ,in general an all around good experience ,as far as surgeries go . I highly recommend Dr.Katolik !!!

Fantastic. Office full of folks and I feel like he spends an eternity with me. One week after surgery and my annoying numbness is gone. I can see why my husband raved about the guy with the messy hair.

Spent less than 5 minutes with me; seemed to brush off my concerns and stood up and nearly walked out of the room while I was still asking questions.

My left hand was done on December 1st and the right hand on the 22nd. The results where amazing right away, I no longer wake up 4-5 times a night having to work my hands until the feeling returns. I had little pain after each the operation and used them within days of the surgery.
