This doctor should replace the front desk Viatta. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not like to do any work when the patient or any medical provider request her to fax any documents.

I'd like to express my profound gratitude to Dr. Kozer for the way he treated my mother, 90-yrs. old Raisa. She's his patient for a very long time. She was @ Mount Sinai with COVID for 5 weeks. Situation was very dangerous. He was stopping by at her room every day (!) though she was not officially under his care, calming her down when she felt despair, encouraging her that everything will be OK. After she was out of hospital/rehab she insisted to see him the very next day. She was accepted in after hours, without appointment. Her meds were adjusted, he talked to her taking his time. She told me many times that she's alive only due to his care and humanity. From all my heart - thank you Dr. Kozer! My parents was a doctors patients for 20 years, my father unfortunately pass away not long time ago, my mother is a 96 years old woman . Her condition is so bad , that I hope she can make it to the next appointment .Today my sister and my moms aid brought my mother to see a doctor. She developed shortness of breath and asked front desk receptionist Maria permission,to put her down, till doctor will come to the office. She refused it with an attitude .She said that she can’t be responsible for my mom. What? Since when you are responsible to be kind , feel sorry for the patient who you know for so many year? What did she asked you to give her medication ? Just to put old lady down. My sister gave her the list of my mother medication, she grab it in put it in the garbage pan, till another person came and asked for this paper. Not even apologize, nasty disgusting, unprofessional creature. My sister didn’t say anything to the doctor, she didn’t want to create any problem. But she is ruining doctors reputation. Great doctor. Really knowledgeable. Receptionist, Sveta, is very kind and pleasant. Have recommended several people to dr. kozer and they’ve all been happy.

I am on the fence about this doctor. Dr. Kozer is very professional but curt - bordering on unfriendly. He asks a question and when I answer, he interrupts. He seems very knowledgeable but he is missing warmth. The front desk staff is also that way... cold/unfriendly

Terrible and rude dr. The secretary was even more rude and nasty then the dr. This place is not recommended.

The office administration (Tanya and Maria) is extremely rude! They asked me for my insurance information several times and said they would call me back. Never did. My referral doctor had to call and confirm that my insurance is accepted at Kozers office. I call again to schedule appointment and again I get rude assistance. I tell them I have insurance and explain again here above. I get an appointment because I need to visit specialist soon. I arrive to my appointment at 240pm. I am received and fill out insurance forms. The time now is 430pm and I'm still in the waiting room. I asked how much longer and.why did the person infront of me go in to see doctor when my appointment was for 230pm. Receptionist says sorry but the doctor is by himself. Ok I am only here to see him!. I'm here to see cardiologist and just the stress of making an appointment and dealing with the unprofessional staff alone can give anyone a heart attack! Very helpful and great doctor. Always answers all of my questions and concerns. The staff are very nice and helpful as well.

Honestly best cardiologist in Brooklyn. The receptionists are very sweet and helpful, they really try their best to help with problems or answer any questions.
