Dr.Sultan and his team have absoluley changed my life. Thier team is acceptional. I dont have enough words to say how attentive, kind, and professional they have been. Their front desk staff is top tier. They helped with scheduling every appointment, even if it was with other doctors because of my mouth being wired. Dr. Sultan has been very kind, patient and EXTREAMLY efficient. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of Oral/Facial work. They are absolutley amazing.

I shattered both of my TMJ's and Dr. Sultan diagnosed me, operated and has been continuing post-operative care. He truly changed my life with his services.

I had shattered both TMJ,s so he replaced the joints. I feel much better than I have in a very long time.

Starting out my experience with Dr. Sultan was positive as he was very through and passionate about helping me with tmj pain. It caught me by surprise that when it came down to surgery , he tried to charge me over 1000 for an assistant to assist him during surgery. I asked multiple times nicely for the name of the assistant who will be helping during surgery to put an out of network claim in with my insurance. He refused to allow me to try to put this under my insurance and stated that assistant does not accept insurance or out of network benefits . I received an email by the doctor canceling my surgery and discharging me as his patient all because I asked for the name of an assitant . Dr. Sultan took my Aetna insurance but not sure what the issue was with me trying to file a claim with an assitant . The insurance representative said in 17 years of working in the field he has never heard of a doctor refusing to provide a patient with the name of the assistant assisting in surgery .

I am an RN with a PhD. I am a regulatory compliance consultant nationally. I have never met a physican let Dr. Sultan ever. I wish phyicians who takes care of me had his knowledge, manner and ethics. He is outstanding!

Due to cancer treatments 9 years previous, I massive teeth issues and required massive work to restore my jaw to withstand implants. Dr. Sultan took me as a patient and relieved my concerns about the process, treatment and results. Entire staff was excellent. Everything after surgery until now is as explained and expected. Very appreciative of a surgeon with the talent and ability to communicate and follow through.

Dr, Sultan took plenty of time explaining my impairments and did not shy away from my Ehlers Danlos syndrome. Office staff was equally friendly and knowledgable of their positions. Would recommend 100%.

Great experience. Dr. Sultan great doctor good manners makes you feel really comfortable. Explain the whole procedure at the begining he thought i needed a more invasive procedure then he realize i did not so he offer an alternative. Very happy with the results and how I was treated. Recommend him and his staff 100%.

Well id like to leave a review about a great visit, but I cant even get a simple question answered by their chat person or via email. I opened a chat session last week and asked "do you have to be put to sleep for the AirLift procedure"? She said she could not answer but someone would email me the answer. Then a person from the office, Celia, did in fact email me, but still didn't answer the question. (They only want you to call). I don't need to spend time on the phone when I'm working just so they can try to talk me into something. I have a simple question. So, I emailed her back asking for just an answer to my question, and she doesn't respond. So today, I try chat again and it's the same run around. Feels like that are hiding something. Its terrible when a business is so money oriented that they refuse to give you any info whatsoever unless you 'call them' or make an appt. There's plenty of other Doctors who do this procedure. So Ill def be going elsewhere. How annoying!

I had a great experience overall. My situation was very complex, and it was a long and trying process to recovery but I feel better everyday. I would highly recommend Dr. Sultan and his team. If you need major jaw surgery he is a great choice

I had severe TMJ and was not able to open my mouth for 8 months. Dr. Sultan performed an Arthroplasty surgery and was able to fix my issues. I was very nervous about having jaw surgery, but he was very patient with me and walked me through everything step by step. I would definitely reccomend Dr. Sultan.

I had a syrgery, the removal of a retention cyst on my lower lip,

just amazing. dr. sultan and staff are just so comforting and supportive. they were always calling to check up on me and made sure i was ok.

I broke my back molar during corona virus and Dr. Sultan saw me as an emergency patient. I was hoping it could be saved but he took the time to explain why it was better to remove it. I was so scared the day of the surgery but the Dr. and staff where so kind and comforting. The pain was manageable since I followed his instructions. No heavy pain medication needed!!! Thank you to DR. Sultan and his staff... I will be bringing my daughter here to remove her wisdom teeth in the near future.

I had no clue it was possible to have a zero pain experience when extracting 4 teeth! I cannot rave enough about Leslie Sultan! He is professional, friendly, informative and calming. My son had to have 4 teeth pulled. Dr Sultan provided us our options and remarkably I loved the fact he's not a big fan of narcotics. My son didn't have to use any pain medication and healed within days. Thank you for making this a painless experience for both my son and me!

I don't know how this Practice got so high of a rating. I am not a wealthy man. I am a retired Senior Citizen living on a modest fixed income. I have a 5 Star Medicare Advantage Plan HMO. When I drove all the way crosstown I was amazed and then a bit teed off when the receptionist told me my co- payment would be $255! My health insurance plan only requires a $5 co-payment for any specialist. But here is the main kicker, I only needed a mouth piece to protect the side of my tongue from my 4 implants and because I use a CPAP full mask. Now I did register online filling out a form that was more of a legal contract then a simple registration form asking for my personal medical histories and current medications, etc. This "legal document" did announce that they have a diagnostic procedure that costs$250 and is not covered by ANY Insurance, but I did not see any "provision language" that any procedure requires this diagnostic. After suffering multiple fractures in my face from a sports related injury, Dr.Sultan managed to surgically repair everything with little to no scaring at all, and given the severity of my injury I'm extremely impressed with his work, and would highly recommend him for any facial injuries.

I had constant jaw pain and masseter muscle pain, i did as much conservative treatment as I could, I went from one doctor to another and was on hydrocodone and many other muscle relaxants that never helped. After a year and a half I went to Dr, Sultans office and i had bilateral arthroplasty, Since then, my jaw muscle hasn't ached and I have been pain free. I do a three hour commute from Orlando to see Dr, Sultans because that how helpful and professional Dr, Sultan and his staff are.

My experience here with Dr. Sultan has been nothing but positive. Patient, always ready to explain, (in this case....the same thing several times). Dr. Sultan was superb. My daughter needed her wisdom teeth extracted and as a parent I was terrified for her. Dr. Sultan and his team put us all as ease. He thoroughly explained the procedure and what we should expect with recovery. The surgery was a success and my daughter was back to normal in no time. A top notch team!

I felt safe here when I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. They truly took great care of me during the operation and after. My recovery went better than expected and faster because of them.

I came to Dr Sultan needing an extraction of my 3 wisdom teeth. I was welcomed by very friendly people at his office and after the consultation I was offered to schedule my surgery the next week. The 3D scan is great! We were able to see exactly where my wisdom teeth are located and how deep. The surgery went very well with no complications. Doctor used twilight sedation and after 40 min I was good to go. 3 days after I felt like going back to my daily routine.

We came to Dr Sultan for my daughter's jaw, which was severely misaligned. Her face did not line up and she was very self conscious about her looks. Other than being self conscious, her teeth did not line up, her bite was off and when she chewed she had pain and popping in her jaw. After some research we found Dr Sultan and he has been absolutely amazing and a God send. Everything he told us has been spot on. He is a wonderful, caring, compassionate Doctor that we are SO INCREDIBLY thankful for.

Starting out this experience I was very nervous, but soon enough, Dr. Sultan had me beyond confident about everything I was about to go through. Everything was explained with very fine detail leaving no questions or concerns unanswered. Dr. Sultan is the rare type of doctor that will PERSONALLY call you on his own time to see how you are feeling after surgery. He is very personable, thorough, attentive, and extremely caring. I needed a rush appointment to remove an abscessed wisdom tooth, and Dr. Sultan was able to see me quickly and take out two teeth. Surgery was painless and recovery went well. Office staff followed up by phone to make sure everything was OK and were very receptive to my additional questions.
