I just came from meeting Dr Prats for the 1st time. After just moving her and a trip to the emergency room and an ultrasound showing 5 stones. Both kidneys. 1st thing he says is my stones aren’t causing my pain because they are non-obstructing . Ive had approximately 50 stones which have all caused pain obstructing and non-obstructing . He is a condescending, arrogant person. Walked out of the office. Would not recommend him to anyone with stones unless you want a Dr to tell you if you are in pain or not.

Dr. Prats was very thorough and very nice. He diagnosed the problem and started a treatment program, He gives a feeling of care for patients.

Very informative and time efficient

Called up within five minutes of scheduled appointment. Assistant came in take vitals. Doctors assistant came in to talk about reason for visit and see if I had any questions or concerns! Less than five minutes “after came in to discuss reason of visit. He talked about options and scheduled procedure time. From beginning to end less than 20 minutes time! Great!

Dr. Prats’ extensive experience and great demeanor is extremely confidence building.

The office staff were wonderful and answered all of questions. Dr. Prats’ and his intern Dr. Daveys had a great bedside manner and were knowledgeable on all of my issues.

Dr. Pratt is an experienced urologist who saw my husband quickly with an urgent problem that started to develop before Hurricane Ida. He was friendly, listened, and treated my husband with due diligence. His staff is courteous and efficient.
