Dr. Lester James Rentz JR.

This is the absolute worst dentist I’ve ever seen. I went for cleaning and checkup and he spent the entire time trying to sell me on something I knew I didn’t need and was actually out of his field. It’s a medical condition that I’m already under care for. When I finally got clear that I wasn’t buying he became hostile and didn’t do the complete checkup.

Like the other reviews, it is apparent that he thinks he is "the stuff", but does shoddy work. I wouldn't take my dog there. I can't add much more than what the other reviews said negatively. I agree with everything they said. Keep driving by, or go somewhere else.

He did good work for me and my family But on many occasions I had to watch him treat his help rude. Sometimes because they made an honest, simple mistake or because he felt grumpy. Ok- so we all make mistakes once in awhile, just taking someone aside to kindly correct is not asking for too much in my opinion but rudely scolding in front of everyone is uncalled for and demeaning. I’ve had enough. I go elsewhere now.

This dentist did a poor job on my bridge a couple years ago which I paid out of pocket for and he could have cared less that I wasn't satisfied with it...I was told by two other dentists that he does shoddy work...Also his office buidling isn't modern and it's like you're stuck in the 80's.. the staff isn't welcoming or friendly...Also my current dentist told me Dr.Rentz and his brother who used to work there had a major fall out working there and because of that he decided to leave and move on.

Dr. Rentz and his staff personify excellence! They are fast, friendly, and will treat you like family! Casey will make sure that all of your insurance questions and needs are 100% satisfied. The staff in the back ensures your comfort on every level and guides you through every procedure with the greatest of care. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone who is in search of an amazing staff and a Dentist who truly cares!

I wouldn't recommend this Office to anyone! They charged for a wrong procedure & the receptionist doesn't return phone calls when being questioned about charging for a procedure that wasn't done. They also had 2 procedures on my son's treatment plan that had just been done before moving to the area not to mention filing for services to the wrong insurance company one time!
