Worst customer service ever. The Doctor's husband Gregory is the receptionist/office manager who is super rude and disrespectful. They have now hired a Dr. Rios who is equally rude and so full of herself. STAY AWAY from this doctor and her office if you wanted to be treated like a human being. Sister Norma was the best staff she had who left this office in Dec. Their business is going down due to the customer service issues and now the Doctor does more of teladoc and less of clinic. This practice has seen its glory days and is on the verge of closing down. Better build relationships with a new doctor.

Dr. Yanovskaya is very informative and caring. Her and her staff are very quick at responding when I need help with something.

Very knowledgeable, prompt, excellent bedside manner, reliable and really cares about her patients.

This doctor is terrible! She told me that I have Hepatitis C and when iwent to another doctor to get a second opinion he said that If your doctor does not know how to read blood work it’s better not to go to any doctor. I called the doctor to discuss this issue but she refused to talk to me about it. Instead she put on her husband to complain to me about all of the appointments that I missed. This doctor and her staff are very rude and unprofessional.

Was concerned having to change doctors having a medical history. She was aces. Straight shooter. Her staff was so easy to deal with and they are very thorough. Referred me to the necessary doctors and was very complete,, just awesome

First real doctor I've found in over twenty years of searching since my family doctor died.

I am a patient for many years and very satisfied with her service. I have referred many patients and will continue as she's the best of all I have ever seen. Spends time to discuss problems in detail and cares for her patients.
