Linas Vaitkus

He has been my pulmonologist for years and when I called to schedule an appointment and renew my inhalers he was no longer practicing. He closed up shop overnight and never even sent letters to his patients explaining why. I truly thought he cared!

Great doctor. Takes time. Spends time and explains. Worst front office. No one EVER answers the phones. Always runs late on appointmemnts because of the front desk issues.

He's a great pulmonary doc. Helped me through a lot of issues, answered questions, made me feel comfortable.

I love Dr Vaitkus... He is kind and listens to you. The only draw back is the wait time between the waiting room, then when you get into a room and then by the time he sees you..

When calling during listed normal business hours they NEVER answer their phones... Always, no matter the time of day, goes straight to the answering machine. With all the outrageous money these doctors make you'd think they'd hire a reliable nursing staff, or secretary, to answer the phones... Very unprofessional to say the least. After being referred by my PCP for lung nodules and possible cancer I've tried to call their office for a week straight now to schedule an appointment. These calls were all made during their listed/stated "normal business hours", but yet all of my calls go straight to an automated answering machine, to which I've left several messages all to no avail... I've heard of this happening to several others as well. It's very disappointing and unprofessional. Makes a person wonder... Always seems nice, polite, not rushed, willing to answer any questions you have. Does not make you feel like the clocks ticking. Ordered the right test to make sure everything was working correctly from his perspective and professional aspect of things. I would probably call him a true professional.

I made an appointment to take my almost 89 yr. old Dad to see Dr. Vaitkus March 25th. To make a long story short, after a 2 hour 45 minute wait, we never even saw him. I was told "many emergency's came in. Doesn't one go to the ER for an emergency? We finally left. It is hard enough getting Dad in and out of the car let alone waiting this long. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PHYSICIAN TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!! Dr. Vaitkus is significantly detailed, caring, thorough and professional!!! Dr. Vaitkus did not cure my respiratory ailments, but rather helped me to better manage my condition w/the needed medications and products to tremendously improve my respiratory condition!!! Dr. Vaitkus is definitely on top of things, very "state of the art knowledgeable" and helpful in my experiences and in my estimation, BEST pulmonologist in Ohio

Both times I've seen Dr. Vaitkus, I've waited between one and two hours beyond my scheduled appointment time before being seen. He is a good doctor, but he's a long-talker, which sets all the appointments back. It's hard to take that much time out of your schedule during a work day.

Dr. Vaitkas nails it. He figures you and your ailment out, spends the time to explain what's going on, what you need and what you DON't need and gets you on your way with what you need to get or stay healthy. Good sense of humor too.

Dr. Vaitkus was the only physician who could solve my respiratory problems after seeing four other doctors. He is a wonderful doctor, very kind and he sat down and really listened to my issues. I not longer have any bronchial problems when the wonderful Cleveland weather changes..... I can't thank him enough!!!!
