I know Dr. Perez as my Doctor for over 20 years and before I pick my insurance when I go on disability I ask several time if the Dr. Is on they list of doctors and they say yes and when I call her office her employees keep saying no the doctor doesn’t take Aetna Medicare PPO but I feel someone is not or don’t want to they job en her office. I call the insurance several times before I pick my Aetna Medicare to see if the doctor take this insurance and they say yes she does she is on they list and every time I call to make appointment her clerk say she doesn’t take that insurance someone is not doing job or doesn’t want to do they job, is a shame because I know Dr perez for over 20 years before I went on disability as my dr. I've known Dr. Perez since she started her private practice in Rego Park. Felt an instant connection and followed her to the new Jackson Heights office. She has been very supportive over the years, from minor procedures to delivering my first child. During my pregnancy, she listened to my concerns and shared her own personal experiences/advice to help me make an informed decision. She even called me when I was in the hospital and made sure she was the Dr. to deliver my baby (which I am eternally grateful for)! Dr. Perez is experienced and knowledgeable, which is the reason her office is always busy. This has diminished our time for chitchat and medical questions/explanations. But, it is not because she does not care about her patients. Her and her staff are extremely proficient, kind and caring. Remember, you are your own medical advocate. Come to your appointment early, have your list of questions ready, and call the office if you have any follow-up questions.

Do not go to this lady. Completely over-rated. I went in to get a renewal of contraception. She said she could not give then to me with doing a series of test. Five months later, I am still paying out of pocket for contraception waiting for her "approval". I point out the contraception again, she said she still needs to do "research" to see if it is okay. At my next appointment she says the original contraception I was on is completely safe and she did all this work to determine that... then proceeds to ask me what contraception I was on. IF YOU DONE ALL THIS "RESEARCH" YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT CONTRACEPTION I AM NOT. She thinks I'm stupid. Also, expect to wait HOURS on end for your appointment. She said this normally doesn't happen... and yet it happens every time I am there??? Do not go to her. She is not on top of what she does, will string you along, incompetent and worst of all A LIAR.

She is the greatest accompanied by her excellent staff. She explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel extremely comfortable. You never feel rushed so when you are waiting for your appointment you know she is giving the same treatment to her current patient.

Dr Perez might be a nice doctor but I do not recommend her as an obstetric doctor. The office is outdated with no sonogram machine which is a basic tool to monitor the pregnancy. Also there is no one to withdraw blood for testing. I don't see a point going to an office just to be manually checked and then sent to get all required testings and sonos at different offices/labs.

Dr Linda Perez is very kind, explains everything you need to know and answers all questions. She explains step by step what will happen during procedures and how much pain to expect. She does not judge and makes you feel very comfortable. The staff that works there, including the receptionist-Yvette, are always very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Doctor, excellent staff!

Dr. Perez is one of those doctors that actually care for your well being. She will go above & beyond for her parents. I started seeing her in 2002, when I became pregnant. The first doctor I felt I had a connection with & could tell her ALL. She moved offices & I've followed her ever since. I had the best delivery. She was so patient...so sweet. Never have an issue setting an appointment. Her offices are always clean & her staff follows the same philosophy as her...the patient is #1 - Laissa

Rescheduled my first appointment when I was on my way to the office. Then when I finally get in I wait an hour for them to yell at me and argue I don't have Medicare as a primary. Medicare told the doctor on speaker phone I was fully covered. The doctor suddenly back peddles and won't see me because I HAVE Medicare and a disability. I was embarrassed and thrown out of her office. Horrible doctor, horrible service!!! She should be ashamed, people with disabilities deserve medical care too!!!
