Lindsey Myers helped me recover from depression and improve my coping with my ADD. I'm 74 years old and had learn ways to improve my focus, but they weren't working any. Lindsey explained my ADD had gotten worse because I was depressed. I had work to improve. Every week we talked and she gave me things to try and new ways to think. Gradually I started to feel good. I had forgotten how to feel good. What a pleasure. If you have problems see Lindsey — she's amazing. Learn to feel good.
