Great treatment, in every way. Took care of my pain, in one visit.

About 3-4 months ago I had had a back injury which led to chorionic pain. My back and neck had been super tense with increasing discomfort and pain when I made an attempt to schedule an appointment with this chiropractor. The initial interaction had been great. She seemed very polite and I felt as though I chose a good practitioner. However, when it had came time for my appointment, On my way to her office I had called to check in with her and she told me my appointment had been the day before and that she couldn’t help me. I had knew that it had been a mistake being I promptly planned appointment around a scheduled work meeting to ensure I had time to make it there and be back at work. She then went on to question why I had waited for treatment when I had been told by another physician no to go to a chiropractor immediately Being this was a first time in a bad accident I had been completely in the dark as of what care to take so I just listened to another medical professional being a physical therapist. After explaining there must have been a mistake the woman had told me that it been my fault and she could not see me that day and the next week she had a short week and to look else where. For a patient who is in pain and unsure of things I felt as though she could care less about my pain and my time. Working in customer service for many years I don’t understand how you can run a business with treating people like their time doesn’t matter. When they have researched your practice, took time out of their schedule to call your practice out of many far and wide and time off work to drive to you. She is great. So friendly. Very good, highly recommend.

Dr. Nguyen uses a combination of muscle stimulation with adjustments. She is a true expert with great rates. I had neck pain for years due to stress...she eliminated 75% of the pain in just a few weeks and after a month she eliminated 100%. I'd highly recommend Dr. Nguyen for your chiropractor needs.

Linh nguyen is the greatest of all time. Very consistent and ready to take you rite away with such great service. When needed she is ready to get you in asap. I have never been so satisfied with my.posture as a costco employee.
