I chose this dentist based on reviews. I had to sign up for medicaid after being forced out of work by Covid. The entire time I was in this office I felt like a welfare case. Every complaint I had was met with some form of "oh YOUR insurance won't cover that..." end of story. No hey, you may have to pay, but here are your best options. When I mentioned that I thought I had a filling coming loose, I was cut off and told I must be feeling pain from another tooth that had a cavity, without examining the tooth in question whatsoever.. Nope, now that filling is fully loose and extremely painful. Then on top of all of that, Dr. Dean and the tech proceeded to have the most uncomfortable passive-aggressive argument right over my head regarding how the tech chose to approach my cleaning... unbelievably uncomfortable from start to finish. Went to get a filling. It was at the top of my tooth and small so she didn’t numb me or anything. As she started, I started feeling everything that she was doing. I let her know and she didn’t even bother to numb me so I was just sitting there in pain. I decided to give this practice one more go since I am open to second chances. When I went for my yearly cleaning, I was informed that I had 3 cavities. No way in hell that was possible since I keep up with hygiene and stay away from sugary things. They were very nice, very gentle with my sensitive teeth, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Dr Dean knows her stuff, professional, no pain, no unnecessary procedures or upsells. Compassionate but she will tell me how it is and with only the mildest of reprobations, call me out for not following instructions. I get a Demi Moore vibe.

Very nice staff. Very clean. Dr.Dean is a excellent dentist.always very pleasant and professional.best dentist i have ever known.
