ZERO STARS isn't an option, unfortunately! I was having dizziness, nausea, chest pressure, chest pain, couldn't eat, severe stomach pain caused by a hiatal hernia and gastritis, which were diagnosed nine months before this ER trip. I had been having troubles since the beginning of February. This ER trip was at the end of February. Two ER trips, three PCP visits, two prescribed stomach meds that both almost killed me, two Negative Covid tests between February 1st and February 27th, and still in pain. I finally couldn't take the pain any longer and went to the ER again. After waiting for over an hour she finally came in and asked me what was going on. I explained everything all while suffering in severe pain as she watched dismissively. She had the nerve to tell me this was all anxiety. Was she kidding??? Her exact words were, "I can't do anything for you. What is it you'd like me to do for you? I can't do anything." Was she kidding? I replied, "YOU'RE THE DOCTOR! THIS IS THE ER! ARE YOU SERIOUS? THIS IS WHERE PEOPLE COME TO GET HELP!" She was snide, condescending and extremely dismissive. She had the nurse give me something for anxiety, pain and Maalox. I didn't want medications. I wanted her to figure out why the pain was so severe and why my chest felt like a grown man was standing on it. Why I couldn't keep food down for weeks. Why I was having chest pressure, pain and shortness of breath. The meds all worked for about a half an hour, but my pain came back. When I asked her if the IV meds went to the stomach at all because it was hurting again, she snapped, "NO!", and then left my room. My husband witnessed the entire shameful display. He wanted to get her back into the room, but I said, "No. She's not going to help me. Just take me home." Nurse discharged me five minutes later. Fastest discharge in history. The nurses weren't any better. They kept looking at my husbands tattoos on his arms. I wear a compression sleeve on my right arm. I had lymph nodes removed. This is why I wear it. The nurse had the nerve to ask me very suspiciously, "Are you wearing the sleeve to cover up tattoos?" I believe they think I was hiding something underneath. I took it off so they could notice there was nothing I was hiding. I believed we were prejudged before any treatment. I'm disgusted and appalled at the lack of care from this doctor. I went home in extreme pain. Also, I had an EKG immediately upon arrival because of the chest pressure and pain. She said is was completely normal, however, when I received the report five days later it's says the complete opposite and now I need to see a Cardiologist. Refuse this doctor. I am telling you now. Do not let this woman treat you, or better yet, do not let this woman dismiss you. Ask for someone else. She had better pray that what I have going on isn't serious. I went there for help and she dismissed me and turned me away.
