I’m so disappointed in my experiences the last two times. The office manager, woman behind the glass and techs are so unprofessional and rude. A simple smile, good morning goes a long way. She literally yelled at me because I didn’t come in the office fast enough. Leaving the practice.

Dr Lisa is a very good doctor. She takes the time to explain everything. However her front desk receptionist is very rude. I was waiting a long time for my appointment (45 minutes) and I walked up to ask when I would be called and she mumbled to her Co-workers here we go!!!

Our entire family sees Dr. Lisa Gualberti ("Dr. Lisa"); she is a gem. Not only is she incredibly thorough, conscientious, and astute, she is also one of the kindest people around. She answers questions thoroughly and explains the rationale behind tests and test results. She compares test results across visits and records detailed notes for consistency. She listens carefully and is attuned to her patients. In short, she is meticulous in her care. We're so grateful she is our family physician.

Dr. Lisa Gualberti-Girgis is very knowledgeable and down to earth; she is easy to talk to and explains everything very clearly. I never feel rushed; she takes the time to listen and respond. I have recommended her to friends and co-workers.

Waited 2 months for an appointment. The girl behind the glass window made me stand there for 4 minutes while she talked on her personal phone and then talked to the girls in the office. When she finally opened the glass she asked for my insurance card and said we dont take your secondary insurance. I said I gave all my insurance info when I made the appointment and was told they take my insurance. I wish I could have given no stars. Office staff sucks. Stay away from this office.
