Dr. Lisa Loegering

I'm a 47 year old woman whose been seeing Dr. Loegering for over five years now. I was referred to her by a friend, who's also a psychologist. Lisa did wonders for my friend's college aged daughter with nutrients. When I first met Lisa, I was impressed by her background (she was an MD at Scripps for years) and her ongoing studies with in the field of integrative medicine with the best in the country. Since I've seen her, I've decreased the traditional antidepressant I was taking drastically - which caused side effects including weight gain and lack of energy - and I've added in natural supplements. The results are amazing. I've lost weight & my energy has increased along with my clarity of mind. I just had a check-in with Dr. Loegering today and felt compelled to write this review as I'm amazed by her attention to detail. She doesn't miss a thing, and makes sure that she has the entire picture before giving a recommendation. I highly recommend her. She is the real deal!

I am an adult who has suffered from depression for 30 years since I was a teenager. I've tried nearly every prescription drug, diet, and counseling method out there. Some helped, but only for a short time and the drugs always had unwanted side effects. I visited Dr. Lisa at my counselor's suggestion in October of 2019 and my life has been drastically different ever since. She took the time to interview me and hear my story and asked a lot of pointed questions. She tested my blood levels for specific abnormalities and found a number of things that mainstream Drs would have overlooked. She put me on a vitamin protocol and within a month, the searing pain of depression lifted. Life isn't perfect (hello 2020), but I feel like I can deal with sadness, loss, and difficulty without ending up in bed for a week. I wish I had found her years sooner. Her help has been an indescribable blessing.

This doctor is extremely smart in a way where you can tell she is interested in helping everyone she sees. She goes over time and is not your typical doctor that will rush you out of the office. I wish all doctors were like this. She helped me get amazing results with the walsh protocol and has a passion for science and medicine. She is also smarter than 99% of the doctors in addition to her.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Lisa. She is a valuable resource for kids, but also for adults like myself. She has been very easy to communicate with and has asked for my feedback along the way, which I appreciate greatly. She has developed an integrative approach to address both my symptoms and their causes. I'm early in the process, but have been very impressed with Dr. Lisa and am thankful I was referred to her!

Dr. Lisa Loegering was referred to me by a friend. I would highly recommended her. Dr. Lisa's integrative approach along with more than 30 years in her field really shines through. You can expect a longer office visit and patient history intake than your typical doctor can/will offer. She truely wanted to understand my health history. She sat down with me and listened to my needs, clearly explained recommended diet and nutrients that are necessary for me to become more healthy.
