Wonderful dental group!!! Have been coming here for the past 10+ years. Dr. James puts you completely at ease and she and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From cleanings to crowns plus, I highly recommend this dental group for best service.

Dr. James and staff are friendly and professional. They explained my treatment care plan and then gave me a copy for my records. I waited for 5 minutes to see the provider. The office is always clean .

Called a day ahead as new patient. Got an appointment for cleaning and xrays next day. Ended up having an extraction of old implant. Fit me in between other patients. Friendly staff, no problems!

Dr. James and her staff were fantastic. They were well versed in their jobs, professional and proficient. Dr. James was knowledgeable in all areas, more than any dentist, orthodontist and periodontist I have seen in the past. She is full of happiness and joy with a beautiful smile!!!

I'm very pleased with the dental care I have received from Dr. James. I had a gap between two crowns, in which food got caught after every meal. I had endured this problem of getting food caught for a long time until Dr. James became my dentist. I let Dr. James replace one of the crowns, and it solved the problem. She is a very knowledgeable and competent dentist and a nice person. Her dental hygienists do a great job, and her staff are all friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and run to another dentist. This one will over charge you and provide you with a low quality of care.

Misdiagnosed, would not recommend her to anyone.

Went for an 'emergency' appointment (which took a week to get) and they said everything was fine but they would get me in right away if it happened again. So within 48 hours I was calling back and of course they got me right in this time. However, they failed to mention that they would charge me a follow up visit that is automatically denied by insurance. It is pretty sad when even the insurance company gasps at someone being charged. The doctors response was not kind.

Poor quality of work and bad attitudes from staff. Went to Dr. James to have a crown fixed that had come loose after a few years-- it came loose again within 1 day. She then said it was likely that I had caused it, not that it may have been placed poorly. Had a filling worked on as well, and they were unwilling to schedule filling and cleaning on the same day--we live 45 minutes away! Very unaccommodating and inflexible. The receptionist/staff is very condescending and rude.
