Great ???? service my ear feels relief ???????? afterwards
amending previous statement... what he did do was order a ct scan (which was a great idea) thus enabling to spot a polyp that i plan to pursue - he also did recommend an anti-biotic (which seemingly helped ) and also prescribed a nasal spray that is helpful so I only wish he had followed up so I could have him take care of the polyp - still puzzled as to why he did / has not after many weeks of suffering...last post did nothing for that....I am so shaking my head at this
Amazing doctor and skilled in what he does. Thorough, precise and quick. Describes everything clearly. Do not mistake his lack of conversation as rude or uninterested, he is focused and thinking. I appreciate the entire office for being great.
Just called in to ask about an appointment. The reception lady who answered the phone was very rude and too blunt to be talking with customers. I suggest she take a seminar on customer service. It's probably why you don't see many reviews on this site. The time of the call was 9:34am EST on September 5, 2017.
Leave a review? I'd rather leave a bucket of *** at their door. You wouldn't believe the audacity of the staff at this place. I called to schedule an appointment and asked for the address. The recept said "well, you should KNOW the address since you have been here before" then continued to be rude to me stating she had too many people to work with at this time. She put me on hold. She wouldn't give me the name of the office mgr nor her name 'cause I wanted to complain,
