Absolutely HORRIBLE experience......two major issues: 1) my kid's 15, and at his wellness visit, the doctor unceremoniously booted me (dad) from the room. No explanation, no prior warning, nothing. Just get out. Since my child is 15, the doctor had NO LEGAL RIGHT to make me, the legal guardian, leave! But not to cause a scene, I left the room and confirmed with the front desk that there is NO legal basis for them to make guardians leave their children during the examination. It was "just their practice" Then, as I walked back into my child's exam room, I found him holding a PEN in one hand and a urine sample bottle in another! Without any explanation or prior consent, the nurses were urging my child to sign a form agreeing to a Chlamydia test. Totally ILLEGAL! Needless to say, we will never go back. It's clear that this practice is willing to bend the law, or ignore it outright, to do what it wants to do to children. STAY AWAY!
