This provider is more concerned with her fees than a child’s health and wellbeing. My child came home with a fever and did not feel well and all this provider was concerned with was her late cancellation fee because it was within an hour of her appt. She never asked how my child was or even give me a one time ability to reschedule. She continued to pursue the appt saying can’t she just get on the video? If the child is ill and running a fever what sense would the appt make when all the child wants is to go to bed? At that point it was obvious she was only interested in monetary reimbursement and not the true best interest of my child. Then sends a bill highlighting her cancellation fee on the agreement. Is she really weighing the child’s interest as priority? Think before you schedule with this provider.
