Never made it past the front desk. Apparently, she was by herself and having a bad day. This was 9:15. The office opened at 9am. The office was absolutely filthy and smelled very bad. This would have been my first visit, but due to the unsanitary condition of the waiting room, and the rude behavior, I opted out. Thank you for your response. However the odor was not from cleaning supplies. And the filthy carpet? I have pictures. Your filthy waiting room was my first impression. It is everyone's first impression! Run a vacuum over that nasty carpet and call Stanley Steamer. As for your office persons demeanor, it leaves a lot to be desired. I had carpal tunnel surgery in New York on my right hand. I’m in New Smyrna Beach for the winter. Left hand acted up so I saw Dr. Blaum. If i can hold out until next winter, I’ll come back and have him do the surgery. More thorough than the guy back home. Excellent visit for a steroid shot.

Dr. Blaum is not only an incredible Doctor, but also a true humanitarian with a wonderful sense of humor. He welcomed us as though he’d known as for years. He took the time to make us feel completely comfortable in a miserable situation. He explained everything, and answered any questions we had. Besides his wonderful bedside manner, he is an incredible surgeon! He also did our son’s surgery and he feels the same as we do! Also, a special thank you to Michelle! Simply the best! I came to him after a year long problem with another hand doctor. The experience was like night and day. Not only did he fix the problem, he has a wonderful bedside manner. He is friendly, kind and talks to his patients like each is the only one he has. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Blaum is an amazing doctor! He helped my Aunt, as well as explained before during and post treatment! He always goes the extra mile, to make sure his patients are happy, and truly loves what he does! Strongly recommend!

Very excellent staff. Very professional and kind. Dr. Blaum was very thorough taking x-rays and discussing my options on my first visit. Walked away with a cortisone shot in my right carpal tunnel and a brace for my left thumb. MRI for instability in my left thumb... we'll see how that goes. He did my right hand back in 2011 add it works great. I would never let anyone operate on my hands but Dr. Blame. He is the best there is PERIOD.

5 stars is not enough for Dr Blaum! I went in for trigger finger that was extremely painful. Dr. Blaum went over all my options in great detail. I chose to get a steroid shot an just as he told me within 10 days my finger was back to normal use. It's been 3 months and my finger is doing great. Thx.

Magnificent doctor. I have surgery scheduled with him in July for a finger joint fusion and I have the utmost respect and trust with Dr. Blaum. He’s funny and he’s smart. Alongside with his staff - I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon to perform my surgery. He puts the patient FIRST above all. Thank you doctor and staff for making me feel at ease. God bless.

Dr Blaum is the best, he repaired my scaphoid break on my left wrist and it is as good as my other wrist.

Daughter had a severe laceration on her hand severing the flexor tendons. He was so caring, personable and outgoing. He was an exemplary doctor. Thanks, Doc.

Very knowledgeable. My MRI write up did not reflect my symptoms. Upon examination, x-ray, and description of my fall Dr Blaum determined what was wrong and proceeded to treat my injury.

Dr Blaum is a extremely gifted and talented surgeon he is outstanding explaining the procedure and performing the procedure he did a complex operation on my left hand and it was virtually pain free and turned out exactly as planed .I trust my hands with him and will highly recommend him.

Had a ganglion cyst in my right wrist, he was able to make a small incision to remove it and the healing process overall was about a month. I now have full movement in my wrist without massive pain thanks to this surgeon.

I found Dr. Blaum to be extremely professional yet very personable. His friendliness and capability to explain the medical situation in layman's terms was an asset I found very reassuring. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. I will recommend him any time it would be necessary.
