HORRID EXPERIENCE! Totally came to him with an open thought and Heart. I'm a new experiment for WA OPIOD LAW. He listened thru HIGH & LOWS of true life altering pain. NO RECORD OF ABUSE OR INCREASE of meds in 8yrs OR EVER. 2hrs I HONESTLY TOLD HIM my story and active lifestyle, then after the minimun of what has been managing my pain for an active lifestyle. This QUACK wanted to put me on methadone, instead of what has worked for 8yrs. I asked where do you get METHADONE? Not in my experiences? They said NO WORRIES, THEY HAVE A GREAT PHARMACY that will deliver if I run out, even on weekends! WHAT? He's lying. I'm not having a drug dealer of any sort deliver to my home. I keep up with prescriptions, and pain up until new law required my surgeon to stop writing me a prescription because I was not scheduled for surgery in WA St. I researched EVERYTHING Dr. Quack Jacobson sent me home with, visited with my PC DR. MY PHARMACIST reviewed my records. EVERYTHING. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. I FIRED Dr. JACOBSON. I went to a QUALIFIED DR to take tests and TRUST ME. 5yrs later this PUKE DR. JACOBSON puts a bad claim on my credit report for $84, no telling what he charged MEDICARE? When I called to find out what this was about, his financial ppl couldn't find any record!!! I should of filed a complaint with EVERGREEN HOSPITAL the day I saw him. I am STILL PLANNING ON IT when I get close to it again. DON'T GO TO THIS QUACK. METHADONE HAS THE HIGHEST RATE OF OVERDOSE DEATHS of any prescribed drug. Google it. He might put your life in jeopardy while playing judgemental GOD. XXXXXX Don't believe him. HORRID EXPERIENCE! he is the worst doctor in the world, don't ever go to this clinic if you have any pain issues!!!!

I've had chronic pain for years and tried several treatments along with medication, some successful, others not. I was brought into a room by a medical assistant who took my vital signs, then another room to wait for the doctor. He came, led me to another room and preceded to ask me many questions about my history, gave me a long lecture, handouts to take home. I asked him what the plan would be, meditation. No exam. Essentially embrace the pain. Pain doesn't mean harm. Don't come here.

I have dealt with pain of one type or another for years and recently due to some stenosis in my neck I was referred to Dr Jacobson to discuss steroidal injections. The nurse took my bp then had me sit in a chair in front of the Dr's computer. After an hour of questions about my life and No examination, he proceeded to give me hand outs for books and videos to learn how to meditate through the pain. And breathe to work through pain to distract me. If you want help, don't bother to see him.
