There for check up on my knee replacements

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Good customer service and bedside manners. This was my first visit but I thoroughly appreciate his advice and truthfulness.

I went to Dr. Jordan following a meniscus surgery I had last year. And I thought my knee wasn’t doing well. Dr. Jordan spent a lot of time reviewing my records talking to me and making a diagnosis which resulted in a steroid shot in my knee. I was very worried about that because I heard it hurts but I didn’t feel it at all. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan for knee issues.

Dr. Jordan very kindly & patiently explained the procedure of getting a new knee & how it will most certainly give me a new lease on my fulltime "Gramma" life. He sang the praises of His staff & the efficiency they have perfected! The information packet is full of questions, answers & phone numbers to get answers for any other questions you may have. He indicated my care post-surgery is very closely monitored as well. I know I'm in the Very Best Hands!

I left feeling listened to and with answers to all my questions. He had told me that I would know when it was time to schedule my knee surgery, and I was there to say, "It's time!" He affirmed right away, and talked to me about some things to expect after the surgery. Then he sent his scheduler in to set it all in motion. Great visit, given that the surgery has to happen!

Very thorough

Dr Jordan gave me an injection in my left knee. By the time I arrived home my pain was gone. Played golf the next day, no problems. I was glad to not rush into surgery, if the injections keep working I am very happy with the results. The doctor was very informative with what was going on with both knees. I would recomend him to all my family and friends. My knee feels as good as it did a few years ago. Thanks for helping me. Richard Gwaltney.

Dr. Jordan was very personable and listened to my concerns about my knee, and very informative about my diagnoses as well as my options.

Initial wait time was about 20 minutes. Had x-rays. Only a 5 minute wait time afterward before I was taken to an exam room. I only had to wait for approximately 5 minutes before I met Dr. Jordan, who greeted me cordially. I was shown the results of my x-rays then we conferred about my plan to proceed with knee replacement surgery. I was given a folder with information regarding the surgery, including pre- op testing and care as well as expectations for after surgery. I have questions which I expect will be answered when I confer with the Physician Assistant and the Medical Secretary.

Dr. Jordan came across as extremely cocky and arrogant. He never introduced himself or asked for my name. He walked into the examining room and asked, "Why are you here?" when I was refered to him by my primary care physician. When I tried to explain my pain, he just cut me off and insisted that he could not help me and that I was sent to the wrong doctor. I felt he should have called my doctor or asked for me to call my doctor to get me to the correct doctor. I thought he was rude and exhibited bad bedside manners. I wish I could get my copay refunded because going there was a waste of my time and money.

As always great treatment for arthritic knees. My wife had double knee replacement surgery with same doctor. Excellent results. This time I received cortisone shots in both knees. Always encounter very professional service from entire staff and all exam results explained thoroughly. Good attention to safety rules during this Covid time.

I had a full knee replacement in March 2022 by Dr. Jordan. I found him through the internet. I called to schedule an appt back in Sept 2021 and was given an appt within a week. During this time period, I did my homework in reading all the reviews of his surgeries as well as his biography. Let just say Dr. Jordan is the BEST and of course I wanted the best doing my surgery. After my surgery, I was about to get up and walk within 24 hrs.. I was off the walker in less than a week, I used the cane for maybe about a week... after that, I worked myself off the medication after 4 weeks. I repect Dr l. Jordan because he gave me my life back again. It feels good to walk with little to no pain. I get most of my pain from the therapy. But that's so I can push myself to be 110 degrees for my range of motion. At 6 weeks I am at 96 degrees... Thank you so much Dr Jordan for letting me know there is hope!!! The absolute best! I've needed cortisone shots in my knees because of arthritis and Dr. Jordan is the best provider! Appreciate his friendly, calm demeanor. Shots practically painless compared to some I've had in the past. Last time, his PA provided shots and knees were uncomfortable for days. His no nonsense approach was most appreciated......This is what is wrong, this is what we can do today, and this is what you can expect to happen going forward. Dr jordan told me I would not leave the operating room until my knee was perfect. It was! Now I am back to replace my hip.

He is the greatest dr. ,great bedside manner,and he knows how to treat,listen to senior and all patients how to talk them on their level (not down to them) like they matter to him.

Got a cortisone shot yesterday and walking around Dollywood today with grandsons! On the schedule for July 29 for right knee replacement. My left knee was done August 27 and I am doing well! Staff is efficient and friendly!

Dr. Jordan helped me get back to the things I enjoy and get rid of my chronic pain. The whole procedure was explained from start to finish very thoroughly. Physical therapy at the house was a game changer and was so helpful in my recovery. 10 out of 10!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Jordan to everyone, I had a total knee replacement and he was AWESOME, the scar is like a hairline and once it heals and the pink disappears you won’t be able to even tell I had surgery! I love this doc!!!

That office visit was because I was experiencing ongoing knee pain primarily in my left knee but with some pain in my right knee. Dr. Jordan examine both knees and gave me a Cortizone shot. He did a wonderful job explaining my treatment options going forward. He expressed it clearly and concisely in a man of that but my wife and I because I understand. Dr. John has a wonderful rapport with his patients. I will continue to see Dr. Jordan as long as required for the health of my joints.

I had my hip replaces several years ago and have gone to Dr Jordan about my knees. He is top notch in my opinion!I was scared spitless about the hip replacement,that is big deal in my opinion,but he was so self assured and made me feel like it was a piece of cake...and it was! I did great and have had no complaints!

Consulted with Dr Jordan about a right hip replacement and was very satisfied with his diagnosis, knowledge and the information that was shared with me about the upcoming surgery.

I am a longtime patient of Dr. Jordan. In 2012 he performed a complicated knee surgery that another major practice in Virginia Beach said was hopeless. The result was a GREAT success. Got back to my physical activities, especially competitive tennis. Yesterday's visit, March 3, 2022, was another A+ Skilled, easy to talk with, open. He is the BEST in Hampton Roads!!!!

I'm a new patient of Dr.Jordan.He was very kind and has great bedside manners.He listen to all my concerns and explained everything in detail to me.I have to have a knee replacement and feel very comfortable going forward with it now with him as my doctor.

Dr. Jordan was very informative in answering all my questions and concerns about my upcoming surgery. He did not seem rushed or impatient with my many questions.

My visit allowed me to breathe a sigh of relief after knowing no knee issues are present. The entire organization handled the visit with utmost professionalism and care. One can't ask for a better experience.
