First time patient… came to the office to be informed the doctor would be unavailable and I would see a PA… no problem. An hour later I am still in the waiting room. I truly had a wonderful experience. The waiting room was clean and not crowded. The wait time was quick and the Dr visit was on time and not overwhelmingly long at all. Awesome ladies in the front office! Very friendly and took care of my needs on this 1st visit to the office! What a difference that makes to have a great staffing team!

Staff was knowledgeable, and professional. Doctor was thorough and willing to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. Definitely would recommend.

I really like everyone at the front desk. They call me by name. That's important to me. Honestly, I do get frustrated with Dr. Radden. However, once we clear the air I'm good and have been a patient since 2017. Don't see myself going anywhere else.

I'm having the worse experience ever. The staff does not give a check up with Dr. Radden in time so my Physical Therapy will not have a lapse in service, which happens all the time. As of present Dec. 7, 2021 I have not received Physical Therapy in over 2 months and was supposed to received a letter that I need. I have talk to 3 different staff members and ask them to have Dr. Radden call me over a month and even went to the office twice and still know call, know letter and know Physical Therapy. The staffing try to be so business like but they are so incompetent with a negative attitude. My car accident was Dec. 24, 2019 and I've started with Dr. Radden Feb. of 2020 that's how long I've been seeing Dr. Radden. I'm having the worse experience ever. Dr Radden has a very professional staff. There always nice and friendly. Everytime I come to my appointments it’s never a long wait. Dr. Radden is a very knowledgeable doctor. He takes the time and answer any questions I have to ask him. Also the nurse practitioner that I’ve seen from time to time is very nice to.

I am pleased to have been referred to Dr. Radden for my surgical procedure following the accident that I was in. The staff at his office was excellent and very helpful in aiding with my recovery. I would definitely reccomend him!

Dr. Louis Radden implanted a nevro stimulator in my back in October 2020. Once I committed to the surgery, he appeared disinterested in me. I'm 70-year-old retired wild land firefighter who's had two back surgeries. After the surgery, Dr. Radden literally ignored me. It's now November 2021, and I've paid his office two recent visits because the nevro implant is taking up space in my backside and providing little to no relief. I will say his staff is friendly and competent, though the office sees a steady stream of patients required to take urine tests. Hmmm. I saw his PA the last time I was there, and when she called Dr. Radden in to confer, he did not acknowledge me by word or glance. I cannot say Dr. Radden is incompetent because I don't know that for certain. I can say he was enthusiastic about performing a procedure that wasn't helpful and his subsequent behavior has been unfriendly and unprofessional. I do not recommend Louis Radden.

I have been going to this Office for 3years. I was told I needed surgery, but there is absolutely no urgency in this office. The lady’s that run the office are rude, not friendly, the PA are rude, argumentative and just don’t care about your pain and concerns! I was referred to this Dr. from an attorney who no longer refers her clients there. Also, it doesn’t matter when your appointment is, you will wait for 2-3 hours before being seen, and when you do finally get seen, it’s a rush in and a rush back out the door. My insurance is getting billed 355.00 every month and I get 3 minutes for the Dr.s time. I will not be back, I found a different Dr, closer to home and his bed side manor is 100 times better than Radden. I was very scared but him along with his office staff (Sharon) was amazing. Dr. Radden and his staff made me run the Hell out of that office. Had to wait two hours before being seen and then he just reads my MRI and says I need injections in my back. When I tried to ask questions he just walked away to wait on the next patient. I like to have things explained but this doctor did not have time to explain. My appointment was at 12:30 and I arrived at 12:15 and I was not waited on until 2:27. In the meantime I saw at least 30 other patients come and go for meds. These patients were not in the back more than 5 to 10 minutes. This seems like a pill factory and people only go there for more drugs and the doctor is charging the insurance companies lots of money. In addition, the new patient package is 40 pages long it seems and asks the same questions over and over, trying to see if you were involved in a car accident or hurt on the job. I was not in an accident or hurt on the job and I was also told by the staff my medication history was not important.

Hello my name is Michael Hayter . Dr Radden is an awesome Surgeon . I have had a lot if Doctor's say ur Degenerate Disc Disease is the problem and I knew it wasn't my Degenerate Disc Disease making me hurt as much as I was . So Dr Radden look at my MRI Disk and said I see ur problem . It is the L5-S1 Disc are causing ur problem Mr Hayter and that is when I told Dr Radden let's do my lower Back Fusion and No Metal !! He said ok Titanium plate with Screw's and I said when can this be done ? They schedule my Surgery for November 8th 2019 and today it is March 31 2019 and I am DOING AWESOME !! Yes I would do it all over again because now I can carry things without having to worry about my Back or Leg's give out on me NO MORE !! I got to get my Neck Fusion Surgery done yet and I am ready to be PAIN FREE !! So for all those thst want to be like me ? Make the right call and call Dr Radden u won't be SORRY !! So far so good the doctor explains everything to you and he showed me where I had a bulging disc, his staff was very helpful.

He is the best spine doctor I have met to date. He has wonderful bedside manner and he really cares about his patients me being one of them I would trust no other doctor but him when it comes to my spine

Dr Radden is the Best Spine Surgeon in this area. I trust my spine to Dr Radden. He listened, treated and took care of me. My results are great. These ASC surgery locations have less than 1% infection rates, and the general public does not visit patients here, so less likely risk of Mersa or Infections. Is not the people person I originally met and displayed a bit of "temper" our last visit. While I like him very much as a physician, his attitude makes me want to move on. Tired of getting the run around from staff for assistance and Emergency follow up visits and 3 days later return phone calls. Could have died by then. Each one is trying to do her job but there is a crack in their system. Fix it.

I went to Dr. Radden not expecting much. I have seen many doctors about my back and I usually get the standard, especially when they find out that I don’t have insurance. The standard being a prescription written and nothing much else. Not only was I thoroughly assessed but he also discussed the results with me, answered my question, treated me and then gave actual information on what exercises and stretches would work best for me. I am forever greatful. My life has changed tremendously.

It's sad that a patient is asked to make an advance appointment, only to be there on time for the appointment and still sit from anywhere from 2 - 3 hour waiting to just get to the examination room. Dr. Radden appears to listen, the front office staff, that another issue. I do understand that each patient wants to talk to the doctor, to have questions answers, but to be on time, and still have to wait is ridiculous, if this is the case, then appointments needs to be made 1 hour apart. If the doctor is done with a patient before the hour time, then once done, move on to the next person. This will help to keep the "PEACE" in the waiting room and a "PEACEFUL" time with the doctor. Dr. Radden appears to try to do good to see the patient, he is not an Octopus, therefore needs to space out his time, so his patient can have the time to get their needs met and not be rush once they are in the examination room. My husband is working with doctor bagley, and he is a very genuine caring doctor! Also his nurse practitioner Jennifer Watson has such a great personality and so easy to talk to! Informative of what you need to know! If you want the best care, come here! Traci the manager also helps and gets the work done if it was missed!

Have been under Dr. Radden care since 2012. They staff is a joy to deal with and I could not see myself trusting anyone else with my problems with my spine. A wonderful doctor who actually listen to your concerns.

DR Radden is extremely kind, nice and pleasant to talk about my spine and problems. As he talked to me, I can tell he is extremely proficient, and professional and highly skilled in the latest methods for treatment. I feel confident and can trust him. Best to you all!

Dr Radden is running a surgery mill, he is collecting every dollar from you and your in 2 surgeries, my back is far worse. He has recommended a third surgery in less than 6 months. His office is ran worse than his surgeries. He talks a good sales pitch, and then rushes everything once he has you committed. I have had to switch to a U of M doctor to salvage my back. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR, HE IS A QUACK!!!

He has poor beside manner. Does not care to get to know the patient or be thorough in explaining results of tests or treatment plan. Does not treat you like an individual, treats you more like a number in line he's waiting to get rid of as soon as possible. Is in and out with you and spends the least amount of time possible with you.

Dr Radden is a great Dr but the wait time is a bit ridicules. An 8:45 am appointment you are luckyto be seen and out by 11:00.

I would not recommend Dr. Radden to a family or friends. Dr. Radden treat his patient like machine, not like they are human.My first visit to his office was horrible. Dr. Radden has a blank look on his face,he has very poor bed side manner i ever saw in a physician, do not greet or speak to his patients and do not take time to answer question or explain procedure to his patients.I do not understand why this Doctor treat his patient so rude.

when I went to see doctor Radden, my back was in deep killing pain, within weeks I was I new person. After surgery with Doctor Radden, I never felt better. This is truly the caring Doctor you want to look for.

the nurses/ lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I will never return to this office, the Dr may be good but the service is horrible. They made me wait 2 hours, never informed me that my picture id was indeed faxed to the office and I had to ask and confirm with them that it was. then they inform me that my senior year school ID would suffice and when I had a copy faxed to them they said they could not accept it and made me wait an hour before I had to come to the front desk and ask just to have them smile and laugh and say that they would also no accept that. by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Doctors office.
