Dr. Santos is a very efficient, happy, and respectful doctor that can be trusted when her patients come to her in peace, treat her with respect, and let her do her job.
Doctor doesn't listen to you. Rolls eyes when you try to explain what your illness is and what type of treatments you would like to explore. Tries to force you to make appointments with a psychiatrist instead of outlining other forms of treatment and lies about the consultation accusing patients of being drug seekers. Has severe listening and comprehension issues. She should not be allowed anywhere near a patient let alone a Veteran Patient. The total disrespect shown was disgusting.
