Dr. Luigi F Bertoli

I lost Mom as a child and Dr. Bertoli was one of her doctors, and though we lost her back then at the age of 44 due to an aggressive form of breast cancer, he was such a good, caring, intelligent and truly amazing doctor to and for my Mother. For me to remember him after all this time, he and his staff at that time had to have given such good care as I still remember that. He tried all that medical science had to offer at that time to save my Mom, even going as far as referring and sending her to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX for a bone marrow transplant. Dr. Bertoli is open-minded, caring, and very thorough!

Dr. Bertoli is a great physician with a kind and caring nature. He does not hesitate to sit and listen and explains what he knows about your medical problems. He is simply a wonderful human being. The world is better off with him in it.

Dr. Bertoli has been treating me since 1999. He's a very caring and very intelligent doctor. He literally saved my life with his treatment plan for breast cancer. It was a very individualized approach that I may very well not have gotten elsewhere. I highly recommend him for oncology, immunology and hematology. I use him for all three specialties.

Luigi Bertoli is my oncologist, has been for many years. He is brilliant, sensitive, genuine,intuitive, Innovative, inspiring. He saved my life when I was at death's door, literally. I was diagnosed with an extremely rare blood cancer other doctors missed. I trust him. His staff is outstanding, caring, supportive. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed an oncologist. If you have a complicated medical history or have a "zebra" of a problem, Dr. Bertoli has a reputation among physicians and medical staff of being one of the most thoughtful, thorough physicians in his specialty. He has taken excellent care of me and has gone above and beyond what I would expect from a physician nowadays. He called personally with abnormal lab results. His staff are kind, feel like family. I have had to wait sometimes, but I never feel rushed and he explains everything. Take a look at other reviews on Healthgrades, etc. Great doc! Not impressed on first visit. Appt 11:30, got called back to room at 1:05. Sat in room another 20 min. No answers, have to get labs. Have had appt 2 months, could have done labs sooner and had answers today. 2:30 Still waiting in lab. If you are in need if fast effuecent care, dont come here!!!!!!!!

Dr. Bertoli is a person that has a mind that never forgets things. I have been with him for 12 yrs now and he has treated me IGG IV therapy for past 2 yrs and has kept up with my autoimmune diseases as well. He to me seems to be a genius. He is kind, attentive, caring and excellent doctor. I really don't know what I would have done without him these past years.

Dr. Luigi Bertoli had my mother-in-law as a stage 4 cancer patient for 16 years. Against all odds I believe that if he had not been her doctor we would not have had that 16 years with her. He is a very caring doctor. He has a great and caring staff. He does all he can for his patients.

Dr. Bertoli was my Mother's oncologist. My Mother died of breast cancer in 1993 when I was 16. He was an amazing doctor and confidant to her throughout her 2½ years from diagnosis until her death. I believe that he treated my Mother as well as he would have treated his own. He gave treatment options and recommendations based on his extensive knowledge in this field. He was very sensitive to her needs. I would recommend him to anyone at all. Thank You Dr. Bertoli-

I would highly recommend Dr. Bertoli without hesitation, & I have many times. He treated my breast cancer in 2000, when I was 39. I stayed in his care until we left Al. in 2006. It was difficult to leave this doctor & his capable staff behind. They stayed vigilent in their care of me, & my family. Dr. Bertoli gives his patients upmost respect during a terrible time. He made decisions about my care confidently & was willing to switch course when it was best. He saved my life. I'm grateful to him.

Dr. Bertoli is skilled and knowledgeable, but is also highly caring person. He has worked with personal funds on research to make people better, but seeks no recognition for himself. I love the character of this fine doctor.
