Dr. I and his staff are some of the most competent and professional that we have seen in the Grand Strand area.

My 1st visit was at 2:00 I didn't get out till 5:30. The doctor completely dismissed my concerns. Made a second appointment in hopes he would listen, he did not. Was referred to a psychiatrist: I wasted several more hours to be told the psychiatrist couldn't help. Called this office back and was told to make an appointment with another doctor that could help: I tried to schedule that appointment the next day I was told that they can't help. Disorganized and waste of time. Very dissatisfied.

I would recommend staying far away. I had a terrible experience with this doctor and office. They kept me waiting for over an hour in the waiting room alone. In all I was there from 2:25-5:15 for a routine visit! Dr. Insignares barely listened to what I had to say and both he and his staff were disinterested and did not explain what was going on. Very disappointed.

One of the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable physicians we have ever been to. Been a patient of his now for 14 years.

Dr. Insignares is my primary doctor and I could not ask for a better Doctor. He is a very kind man and takes the time to listen to his patient's, with their best interest in mind. I would recommend Dr. Insignares to anyone needing a great Medical Doctor.
