I would not recommend this doctor, he is very rude doesn't listen to what the patient is trying to explain to him about certain medications that he is prescribing to them. Acts as if he really doesn't care about his patient. Doesn't sit and explain or give examples of what's going on with the patient. Only stay in the room with patient about 5 minutes. Over an hour and a half wait.

My daughter has seen Dr. Ortiz since she was 3 weeks old, she will be 12 in September and loves Dr. Ortiz as well as the nursing staff that has watched her grow up. Dr.Ortiz always make sure to include Faith in all areas of her treatment, allowing her to become aware of what to look out for. I am always expressing praise for Dr. Ortiz, he always make sure all questions are answered.

We are overall very pleased with Dr. Ortiz. He is always cautious with our grand baby. He is always checking to make sure he is doing everything possible to save her one kidney. Dr. Ortiz's staff on the other hand is a pain in the butt at times. The front office staff in Augusta is a little short and rude at times. We have been seeing him over a year. I got a call one day saying they had a time finding my number. I wasn't even in their system, but I have been there for over a year as guardian.
