The dentist are great!!! Customer service could be better.

Wonderful dentist! He and Dr Greenburg are exceptional at their jobs. However, Juanita, at their front desk, is the rudest person I have ever met. She has the absolute worst attitude and I have yet to figure out how she keeps a job. Mrs Terry on the other hand, she is so kind and is a joy to see. So I deducted one star for Juanita’s poor attitude, she should not have patient contact.

Dr. Brown was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I will certainly return to this office and recommend his office to others. He had a tooth extracted before I even knew he started!

Although I LOVE LOVE LOVE the dentists, the customer service at the front desk and in the mornings on the phone is ABYSMAL. Prepared to be talked down to, hung up on, and generally treated like your pain is not important. I have attempted to come back several(three times!) times because I love the dentists, so much, but every time I change my mind due to how awful I am treated by the front desk and when I call in. Dr Brown is awesome and Dr riddley did great with my son's work. But the front desk leaves a lot to be disired not very friendly and treated me like I was stupid when I was confused when both my children were scheduled for the same time. Wouldn't let me make an appointment without knowing insurance for my husband but no problem for my daughter. Apparently doing her job was too much to ask. Five stars for the Dr s though Dr Brown is awesome and Dr riddley did great with my son's work. Having known him all of his life, I felt comfortable using him as my dentist when he began his practice in his hometown. I have never been disappointed in his work. His staff is professional and friendly. I can certainly recommend him to anyone. All of my local family are patients of him.

Lumis Brown has a great staff and unbeatable service. Easy on the wallet too.

Best Dental trip I have ever had, Nice people and very knowledgeable.
