Very not satisfied on the service I get, they are careless, not tell results on time,and they don't answer a call back or message if there is any concerns and questions.it is wast of time and money.

Office was clean and staff was polite. Disappointed that Dr. Stewart disagreed with a diagnosis and fertility treatment plan that I have 9 months of bloodwork, one failed pregnancy and two successful ones to support, which I received based on 2 OBs and 2 MFMs observation and review of my charts.

At my last visit she allowed a male student nurse in as I was getting an IUD inserted. I wasn't made aware that was going to happen until it did. They did not ask me and I NEVER would have wanted that given the option. Huge violation of my privacy. On a separate occasion, when I had my daughter, the doctor garenteed I'd be out of the hospital at a specific time. I alerted my distant family who drove 4 hours to see me. Just to find out I wasn't going to get until hours after when Dr. Stewart told me. Because of that, my family barely got to meet my daughter that day before they had to leave. I had a panic attack I'm the hospital about it shortly before leaving. They almost wouldn't let me leave because my heart rate was so crazy since she made me so upset. On a third occasion, I told the doctor that I've had major shoulder pain and muscle spasms ever since I got the epidural. I ask for pain medicine. She told me "that's not my problem" and argued with me about my symptoms. Eventually I was given some type of medication but it very much felt like it was more to shut me up than actually help. On top of all this, this office is horrible about answering their phones. They reschedule you without alerting or asking you sometimes. The wait time is RIDICULOUS and never what they claim. My last appointment was at 11:25am. I wasn't seen until 2pm. They told me they were squeezing me in that day. Despite my appointment being made weeks ago. I was also never checked to see what position my child was in. She was breech because of this and it likely could've been prevented had the doctor done it right. I rarely ever felt seen or heard by doctor Stewart or her "students". Part of me thinks Dr. Stewart may have had something against biracial families. It's like the second she knew I'm white and my partner is black, she got rude and stopped caring. However, the front desk woman and Mrs. Wanda cape that work there are amazing. I love Dr Stewart!! She has excellent bed side manners, very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. She’s been my doctor for over 20 years and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Keep doing what you love to do Dr Stewart — providing excellent service to the community. ????

Dr. Stewart is a decent provider, however, her staff is a different story. Wait times are over an hour after your appointed time so expect to be here for at LEAST 2 hours. On more than one occasion I have had to call the office for my lab results, more than a week after they were done. When brought to the attention of the nurse, I was told "there's only one me if you have a problem take it up with the manager there's nothing I can do". God forbid I have an issue that needs immediate attention while I wait almost 2 weeks for results. Absurd! This practice needs a whole face lift in terms of how things are ran and time management. This place is by far the worse gynecologist office or doctors office that I have ever been to! If I could give them zero stars I would. From before the appointment I had nothing but problems with these people! They have absolutely no business being in business much less having the ability to preform any procedures on people whe. They can not get their office straight. They are not competent enough to handle billing correctly and had nothing but issues the entire time. I show up for a per op appointment where the Doctor never showed and was told she got called out and would call me. She never did. The day of the procedure they to me to be there at 12pm. I show up early of course. An then find out my procedure isn't until 4pm and I'm a serious diabetic that can not just be left like that. After everything is said an done I refuse to let incompetent people to do life altering procedures on me that can not manage to get anything else right! Save yourself the time and heartache! It does not matter what day, week, or month you schedule for with these people, they make you wait AT LEAST a hour before just being seated in a room. This happens every SINGLE time. The nurses are nice but they really need to be more on top of it. I’ve now currently been waiting 1 hour and 30 mins to have someone just simply talk to me about birth control options. The level of pain and anguish that Dr. Stewart caused my family ran so deep that I am finally at a place where I am able to leave a warning. Dr. Stewart caused the death of my first born child (son). As a newlywed and first time mother, I trusted entrusted the care of my heart's most precious possession to this doctor. This turned out to be a horrific mistake. In the beginning of my pregnancy, I suffered from spotting and bleeding. After calling multiple times and finally getting an office visit with Dr. Stewart, she told me very coldly that I would probably lose my baby in a few days. No soul to her at all. I asked if we could do an exam and if she could explain why and she simply said NO and told me to enjoy my day! After that meeting, I found a new office who requested medical records MULTIPLE times in order for me to be seen to no avail. I even went to the office to request as I needed my records in order to be seen by a high risk specialist. They REFUSED to give me my own medical records! Later that week, at 16 weeks pregnant, I went to the bathroom and to my horror I saw my bag of waters bulging through my vagina. My husband rushed me to the ER where they performed multiple scans. They found that my cervix had funneled and had been dilated for what appeared to be WEEKS which is what was causing the bleeding that I told doctor Stewart about. They also rushed to give me antibiotics as this could have left me and my baby open to INFECTION. The ER physician called Dr. Stewart and asked why my cervix was never checked at my ultrasound appointments. He also stated that she was very cold hearted and he also apologized for the lack of care I had received up until that point. I was admitted to the hospital and 2 days later, my water broke causing me to deliver my son prematurely. The medical team I saw informed me that I have an incompetent cervix and a SIMPLE STITCH WOULD HAVE SAVED MY BABIES LIFE ????. The extreme anger and sadness that I felt was not replaced until 4 years later when I became pregnant with my 2nd child. This time, I advocated for myself and found a wonderful OB who actually cared about his patients and whom was also knowledgeable. I was given a simple stitch (cerclage) to keep my cervix closed and delivered a beautiful baby girl 4 years ago thanks to another medical team. To all of the expectant mama's out there, PLEASE RUN AND FIND SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR LIFE AND THE LIFE OF YOUR UNBORN CHILD. This woman (and I use the term lightly) is nothing more than a cold, heartless fraud. Dr. Stewart and her staff are highly professional and friendly. Dr. Stewart also brought some new information to my attention and was easy to confide in. Her receptionist, Rebecca, is bilingual and great at making sure every patient is taken care of while waiting. The office is also luxurious and well lit.

Dr stewart was excellent in delivering my baby. She made it very comforting and was very understanding of my concerns. Even with me having a few difficulties after my labor she made sure that i was well aware of the situation and she fix it right away. Great service for every visit I have had over the last 8 years and great communication with the staff they are very friendly and informative. Dr Stewart has delivered my last 3 children and I was also high risk with each one. We have a wonderful Dr./patient relationship.

I haven’t been to see Dr. Stewart in a while due to work. It was nice to see her and be able to ask questions about what’s going on with me. She was very patient, provided care and knowledge about things I didn’t know. I wish she was a Dr. of all expertise so I can see her about everything health wise. I will be back. The most important part of my visit yesterday is that she reassured me that pregnancy is still possible and she shared that happy moment with me. She gave me hope that my husband and I can do it and gave me some pointers on how ovulation works. I’m so glad she accepted to be my Dr. when I become pregnant. I've read all of the reviews and I honestly do not understand why Dr. Stewart have ANY bad ratings! She has been my doctor for years and delivered a few of my babies and I don't have ONE complaint. She never rushed while in the room with me and took the time to listen and/or address any of my concerns or questions. She has always been patient with me, great bed side manners, understanding, compassion, loving and professional. She's like a second mom. She will explain things to you so you can understand. After I had my babies and during my hospital stay, she has prescribed medications that work for my pain and anxiety, she even ordered me nicotine patches. She understood that I am usually EXTREMELY anxious after I have a baby, my nerves be shot. I don't know why I experience this overwhelming feeling after, like I did as a first time mom, I have 7 children. I love Dr. Stewart, and that's why I chose to come to her, again, with THIS pregnancy, even though I want to deliver at Piedmont Hospital. Wonderful experience! Professional and courtesy front desk staff and nurses were welcoming. Dr.Stewart has been my GYN since 2007. She's always willing to listen, exhibits great patience, but most importantly she's always caring and concerned about my overall well-being.

I called in to schedule an appointment and while I’m talking the receptionist laughs at me. Rude and inconsiderate

The doctor, while nice, was rough and the examination was painful. The staff forgot to tell me pertinent information.There was no toilet paper in the restroom. The faucet wasn't working so no water to wash off the soap with. They forgot to call in my prescription. What a truly unpleasant experience.

Doctor could care less about taking care of me and my twins. I was a high risk pregnancy with faternal twins this women only saw me a total of 5 times this includes during a difficult labaor resulting in an emergancy C-section. She had no plan for induction and let me go to 36 weeks with twins and I had to find out from specialist ob at Northside Hosiptal on risks of going close to full term with twins. This woman hates Medicaid patients and never provided quality care or even the same service as her non-Medicaid patients. This issue became very apparent in the hosiptal woth argueing about who I am and how many children I have. Also, she very is upsetting and disrespectful in post-partum care about my religion in terms of family planning. Doctor could care less about taking care of me and my twins. My first visit here was great, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and short wait time. I don’t want to take anything away from that. However that was not my experience the next time around. My second visit I waited over an hour and 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time (I got here 20 minutes early). Not once did I receive an apology for my wasted time, AND my paperwork was lost from the original visit, meaning I had to take more time to fill it all out over again.. postponing my appointment even more. I like this clinic but they have shown NO RESPECT FOR MY TIME. If you plan on being seen here take the day off.. you’ll need the whole day to sit and wait. Dr.lynette Stewart is AZAMING!Had a procedure performed and she made sure that I was in good hands BEST OBGYN provider hands down.

I love it! Dr. Steward has delivered all of my kids, she is amazing. Dr. Lisa is awsome, as well as the staff. The Norcross office is awsome!!!

i have not seen Dr. Stewart in a while, it was good seeing her; looking good i said to her. She gave me excellence advice to adhere to, and her staff was very considerate & kind. Great job ladies!

I have been coming here for almost 9 years! Dr. Stewart’s team delivered both of my babies. They are amazing. Rena is always sweet and a pleasure to talk to, she is very knowledgeable in any subject!

Dr Stewart was really patient with me . She answered all my questions in a calm and clear manner . I love how she took her time with me . The visit was not rushed . Trust me I have had my share of rushes doctors visits . So thank you for tanking your time
