I just called to ask a few questions about some bug bites I got over the weekend. Not only was the person who answered the phone short with me, she was not very informative and rude. Acted as though I was stupid and should have known about what bit me. I eventually just hung up. Completely pointless to call if you ever have any questions. If I don't trust the staff to treat me well, I won't trust the doctor.
