Terrible people in this office. They don’t know how to schedule anything correctly. They will give you an appt that last 2 minutes and have sit in their stupid waiting room for 45 minutes before even looking at you. Promptly move on to the next person if you are considering going here.

Zack is a competent and professional chiropractor. He listens to all of my concerns and addresses them in each appointment. My back pain has decreased significantly, and my headaches have subsided since I have been seeing Dr. Kiendl.

I can't say enough good things about this Jordan Nelson! He is a total miracle worker and I'm not even exaggerating. A week ago today I couldn't lift anything or twist. I was in excruciating pain and hardly sleeping. After just one visit and doing what he suggested for icing and stretching I'm so much better! I had a follow exam and adjustment today and it was phenomenal too! My friend also saw him for a pinched sciatic nerve. He set him and suggested a tens unit. Within 2 visits he was perfect too! He taught us more excercises and stretches to help us both. He's located in Brooklyn square Jamestown NY in a nice clean building. Multiple Chiropractors are in this building. Very easy to find and set up appointments. His staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him! I can't say enough good things about this Jordan Nelson! I just want to clarify that it was my Orthopedic doctor that recommended me to come to you after recent x rays. Dr. Ong meant well but does not know my current or past conditions. I should have been given your personal attention to make a correct judgement. I do Yoga and fast-moving exercises every day just cannot keep legs straight and hip hurts. So thank you for "listening" but wanted to let you know you really were not informed correctly and I should not have given her name only Ortho. Thank you and goodbye this time. Wow it really hope

I called her office at about 8:30 on a Friday morning because I had fallen and I was hoping she could help relieve some residual pain in my hip. The person who answered the phone was very cordial. She said that she might even be able to get me in to see the doctor that very day and if not then, I for sure could have a 9:45 appt. on Monday. She would call me back to confirm. I had to call her back at 3:30 and she said the earliest the doc could see me was 2 weeks later!? What happened?

Amazing staff, friendly office, and a fantastic doctor!
