I recently went to Vivida Dermatology locate on Medical Center Drive in Las Vegas to have a basil cell carcinoma surgically removed. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Emily, a surgical assistant, and led to an examination room. Dr. Machan soon joined us. He quickly examined the basil cell carcinoma, explained what he was planning to do, and asked if I had any questions. The surgery was quick and painless. Dr. Machan and Emily were efficient, very friendly, and made me feel like an old friend. Thank you Dr. Machan and Emily.

Dr. Machan removed a cancerous bump on my hand and though I was nervous, he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I did not feel any part of the procedure. The part that impressed me the most, is that evening he called to make sure I was doing well. OUTSTANDING !!! Not many Dr's practice this type of care and concern, especially for a minor procedure.

Awesome, had a skin Cancer on my nose and Dr Machan did a great job removing it and since I was so scared, he really put me at ease.

DR. Machan did Mohs surgery on my cheek. The surgery process is very assembly line oriented, Dr. comes in for 1 min and takes the first stage and comes back for 2 mins. to suture. Everything else is done by the LPN. My complaint is with the size of the stage and incision.. in order to keep the time to a minimum Dr. took a very large 1st stage and left me with a 2”, 18 stitches incision. This is my 4th mohs surgery and I have never been disfigured like this before. Don’t go here.

I took my mom in for Mohs surgery about 4 months ago. Before coming in for the surgery we were worried. The skin cancer was on her face and was her first skin cancer. Dr Machan answered all of her questions, the staff made sure she was comfortable, she experienced very little pain or discomfort, and best of all....... she has almost no scar! I am seriously so amazed. It has only been 4 months and there is almost nothing there!!!!!

I have seen a number of Dermatoligist in the past 30 yrs. Dr. Machan is by far the best.

Dr Machan, Nate Morgan and all support staff are outstanding. Many people told us we would have trouble finding good specialists in LV - I'm here to tell all that they are all you could ask for.

No wait time on arrival. Very efficient and. Knowledgeable. Dr Machan and his whole staff were wonderful

Dr Mac Machan and Staff The most amazing Dr and Staff. The best experience I have ever had. Let's put it this way I had no clue from the first Dermatologist I went to,They canceled my my appt after waiting 6 weeks with its worse experience ! But, when we arrived at Dr Machan office he explained everything. The professionalism from Dr Mac to his Staff are impeccable. I would refer him to everyone . I have a beautiful cancer free nose.
