Dr. Rachal is very knowledgeable and has a friendly, easy-going demeanor. He laid out all of the facts in an easy to understand way and I felt very much attended to by him and his kindly staff

Dr Rachal came in, greeted me, and also informed me about the annual check up process. I learned a lot from him, in the short time he was in with me, and I will look forward to returning again next year.

I considered Dr. Rachal through, explaining details, answering questions in easy to understand English. I would have given him a 5 star rating but want to wait and see how the prescribed treatment works. If it works well, as I think it should, I'll raise the rating to a 5. Oh by the way, having to agree to 37 pages of User Agreement, Editorial Policy & Privacy Policy just to provide a review is a little much, don't you think?

Dr Rachal found a problem on my face that I had been dealing with for nearly 3 years. I went to several different Dermatologists and no one knew what the problem was. After one look at my face, he diagnosed me and put me on medication and now my face is healing well. I am thankful to have found him.

Dr. Rachel and his staff are so efficient, so prompt, and so pleasant that I am usually finished and walking back to my car within minutes of my actual appointment time. I truly appreciate that. The experience is always a positive one as these are kind, caring folks who are good at what they do.

Saw Dr. Mack Rachal for the first time in Fredericksburg. He explained everything he found and handled it.

I had a very good visit with Dr Rachal. He is clearly very knowledgeable and thorough. There may be some truth in review comments about his style not being very engaging however we spent some time having intelligent conversation. HOWEVER if you have any administrative follow-up issues such as billing questions, you are in for a huge customer service disappointment. Despite weekly calls, leaving messages, speaking to other people in the office, the billing agent has not seen fit to respond. This lady is never in the office and when she is, does not see fit to respond to people trying to get hold of her to query something on the bill. After 2 months of no contact and the threat of being reported to credit agencies, I have paid this bill but still unaware of what I have paid for. I need this lady's job as she seems to never be at work and does little when she is there. Unfortunately this has let Dr Rachal's practice down....

Dr. Rachal is friendly, smart and caring. He has seen my parents multiple times and helped to treat various skin conditions, common and rare. The office is following strict rules/processes to keep staff/patients safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Even with these regulations, he was flexible and willing to do whatever he could to help his patients and their family. He took time from his full schedule to see me, a new patient, between appointments with essentially zero notice and I am so grateful! Highly recommend!

I just returned home from a new patient appointment where I was summarily dismissed as being late past policy. Which btw was 30 minutes and as I pointed out to the person at the desk I was under, even after waiting a few minutes while he went back to check with the Dr. I was still under the policy limit. This is after I waited 6 weeks from my initial call for a new patient appointment. My issue is what is driving the overall management policy of this office? Does the business of health care ou
