Audrey has treated me for a few different issues over the past year!! She is very personable and easy to relate to, the staff is polite and I never experienced a long wait. I have acne for many years and it’s much better after treatment for about 4 months. I have been to many doctors over a ten year time with no results.

I struggled with a Chronic allergic reaction on my face for years despite appointments with other Dermatologist - it was distressing. On my first visit Dr. Turner's prescription and advice cured the condition. My husband has a similar testimony. Excellent

Both my daughter and I have seen Dr Turner for well over 15 years. She’s the best! Very professional and highly qualified.

Dr Turner and staff are the best- very knowledgeable (dr) and staff is so helpful.

Dr. Turner gave me the most complete thorough exam for skin cancer I have ever had. She also took the needed time to answer all my healthcare questions. I highly recommend her and her very friendly staff.

My appointment was with Barb, the aesthetician at Dr. Turner's office. She is an incredibly competent professional, as is Dr. Turner, the rest of the staff. This is why I've been going to this office for so many years.

I have been seeing Audrey (P.A.-C) at Dr. Turner's office for almost two years for skincare and checkups. She is very knowledgeable and professional and just super nice. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice and helpful. Not sure about the other complaints regarding rude front desk staff? I personally have never experienced that, even when I called to tell them I was running late. Aside from one odd experience I had where the M.A./tech accused me of making the wrong appointment and was super rude to me (I didn't make the wrong appointment-- it turned out the person at the front desk was new and it was her error), I have nothing but great experiences with this office. I would recommend them to anyone, and have already referred several people there who have had equally great experiences. I have been a patient of Dr. Turner and Audrey for several years - both are great! Very professional, friendly and they know their stuff!!!!! The office staff is wonderful and make you feel at home - almost like you're family.

Audrey is the best! She takes care of your needs and is very personable as well. Audrey tries her best to give good tips on skin care. I have seen Dr. Turner once before and she does a great job, but is usually booked. The ladies up front are very sweet and help to squeeze you in if needed. Very clean. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Audrey at the Dermatology Center of Lake Orion for years, several of my family members see her also! She is always very friendly and very knowledgeable. The nurses and staff are great too. I will continue to see Audrey for as long as she is in practice!

Had a few items going on with my 61 yr old skin, had two milias removed off the edge of my eyelid. It was quick and easy. Staff very friendly and Dr. Turner listened to my concerns.

Love this place:) Audrey takes care of me very well! I have hs and i see her alot!! Never had to wait longer than 5 min.

I was a little hesitant on making an appointment because of the ratings. But I did and I did not make a mistake. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcome and the wonderful, very competent P.A. Audrey was in my room within 5 minutes. I was very happy with my visit. And I will be going back.

I’ve gone to about 4 or 5 dermatologists before Dr. Turner. I had really bad acne and other docs wanted to put me on accutane. However, once going to Dr. Turner, she treated my face 100% holistically and I now have a completely clear face! Dr. Turner and Audry, the PA are both amazing!

Dr. Turner has been my doc for years so I speak from years of experience. She is knowledge, friendly, patient, and prompt. Her staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The office itself is professional and very clean. Along with the early morning appointment times you could not ask for more!

i went in to see Dr. Turner as a new patient for a skin change concern on my nose and after reassurance she proceeded to answer other questions and concerns i had about other areas i had on my face. i did not feel rushed and any questions i had she was able to answer to my satisfaction. i will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Turner to others.

Lousy experience. Went in for something causing pain...she immediately dismissed it as nothing and started rambling about a tiny freckle instead. Ignored my concerns. Also she recommended an ear drop (an ear dr. now?) that CVS has been calling her about for 2 weeks because it's not available anymore. The staff simply won't call back with an alternative. I've never seen more dismissive behavior from a doctor's office toward a patient. Judging by the amount of botox stuffed into her own face, I'd imagine that this is the type of "dermatology" that she's limited to. Maybe go here to get your lips inflated, but if you have a legitimate medical concern you should go somewhere else. Lousy experience. DON'T GO HERE!! RUN AWAY AND FIND ANOTHER DERMATOLOGIST!! The staff here is rude and very unhelpful. Always in a bad mood. Purposely hung up and me mid conversation. The clinical staff is not great either. You have to make an appointment weeks in advance, just to see Dr. Turner herself, or else you see Audrey the PA. You end up waiting 20+ minuets in the waiting room, and then another 15 in the examining room before one of them breezes in. They only spend about 3 minuets actually taking care of you before the bolt out the door and on to the next patient. I've been going here for years, and after every appointment I ask myself why haven't I found a new Dermatologist yet?! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! DON'T GO HERE!! Dr turner is a wonderful doctor, she takes her to time to explain things in detail and listen to all concerns. Friendly and effiecnt! I will be seeing her yearly for my skin exams.

Dr. Turner is very thorough and has a great bedside manner! She had me in and out but at the same time I felt she gave me plenty of attention and addressed all of my concerns. I have been receiving a treatment called micro needling. It is minimally invasive yet rejuvenates your skin by stimulating collagen production. It reduces wrinkles and the appearance of scars. It's amazing!!! I highly recommend the procedure and Doctor Turners expertise.

I took my daughter to Dr. Turner last year because her acne was awful, and she was getting scars on her face and back. Her skin now looks amazing! When we went on spring break, I realilzed how much better she was. I hadn't seen her back in a while and was so happy that even the scars were virtually gone!! She really worked hard to get rid of her scars! The medical assistants were great, and Dr. Turner is the best!!!

Dr. Turner has seen both my brother and I for over 5 years now for our various acne, and skin conditions. She always professional and friendly. Dr. Turner makes you feel like you are the only one in the office, even though it is clear she is very busy. She really focuses on her patients' concerns and every product or procedure we have received has been more than satisfactory. She is truly amazing.

Dr.Turner's personnel are rude and very unfriendly. One of them was asked if she wanted to take care of me or who was going to and the woman replied well someone has to do it! Now I'm in a huge dispute regarding my billing. I have gone in there several times, asked for clarification, nothing! Now she sends me to collections and my credit score is down over 100 points in a month. Stay away from these terribly unprofessional people!
