Dr. Fadly is outstanding! He is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and a true professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fadly for the past 14 years. I have Fibromyalgia,and deal with very bad pain. Dr. Fadly was the only pain doctor who has helped alleviate this chronic pain,and has given me more mobility,and a better quality of life. Professional and courteous staff. Everyone is pleasant and thorough. They are timely and effecient. Dr. Fadly is an incredible expert and is the first spine doctor to give me relief without surgery. He has treated me 3 times and has been able to pinpoint the source of my pain and provide relief that last been improving after each treatment. Dr Fadly is an incredible pain management physician. His proficiency in his area of expertise is extraordinary. He is extremely competent in the delicate art of spinal injections, and has been wonderful in taking care of my personal needs relative to my longstanding, chronic pain. He is also very compassionate, and takes the time to listen to patients’ concerns and needs, and tailors his treatment plan according to the specific needs of his patients. One of the rudest doctors I have been to. Went there twice due to my father's back pain and was disappointed each time more than the other and switched to a different doctor. After getting the epidural shot and asking the doctor about the cause of sciatica pain, the doctor got very impatient and told me "I am not going there" to explain and that's not of concern here (no exaggeration here. I was like 'are you not the doctor? what type of ridiculous answer was that!?) I then asked about the prescription he wrote and how often and what dosage needed to be taken. He gave the absolute bare minimum answer, showed impatience again and tried to rush us to leave. Seeing how careless and rude he was, the Dr's associate immediately jumped in and provided answers to my question. After switching to another provider, I called this Dr's office and asked for a copy of patient’s records on file (and specified that no new reports are needed to be produced). After checking with the Dr., the office staff said that there is a $50 fee for that! Again, this was just for a mere copy of what was already on file with no new report/write ups needed to be produced! An Absolute pathetic and unprofessional practice. It really seems this Dr does not understand that people may have 10+ other choices to choose from! A one star does not do justice for this Dr. as the experience was a total disappointment. I have been in pain management for 20 plus years and after having multiple back surgeries I wanted off my opioid pain meds but the other doctor I went to put me on a long acting opioid pain killer instead, and top it off it was stronger. I found Dr. Fadley and went to see him. He is the nicest and old school doctor I have been to in a long time he spends time to talk to see how you are and answer any questions you might have. After two years I am off the opioid pain killers after 20 years of being on them and I can say I did not have any withdrawal symptoms. This Dr. Flatley is without a doubt the RUDEST, NON CARING, NOT COMPASSIONATE, supposed Dr. we have ever seen, my wife and I visited his office for a consultation in Jan.2020. He was a pompous arrogant person. We filled out papers for an hour each, when it came to see him over one and a half hour late, he had NO interest in discussing our conditions, nor had he even looked at ANY of the forms we wasted our time filling out. Kind and compassionate. Listens to my complaints, and is very thorough. The office staff, is also patient and compassionate.

I heard of Dr. Fadly through some friends who mentioned that he has a great treatment option for my torn tendons in my rotator cuff, so I went to see him. The treatment is Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injection, which is apparently a relatively new and cutting edge treatment for the issues that I had. The other two doctors that I previously saw wanted to do a cortisone shot (and they never mentioned PRP treatment as an option; insert “angry face emoji” here ;-)), but I didn’t like what my research told me about the longer-term outcome of cortisone shots. PRP sounded very promising as Dr. Fadly took the time to educate me as to exactly what the treatment does, and exactly how it works. I was sold because it seemed like the best option available to actually heal my tendons and avoid surgery. He is a fantastic doctor. His bedside manner is better than any other doctor I’ve ever been to. He’s very friendly, and he has the compassion and understanding of what it’s like to be a patient and what you’re going through at any given moment. He talked me through my procedure before, during and after the procedure took place (i.e., what’s gonna happen next, and a follow-up with what he’s done and what to expect in the coming days/weeks). I was very impressed by his staff as well, from the receptionist who greeted me to the nurse who drew my blood, everybody was extremely friendly, professional, and very good at what they do (my blood draw was completely painless). The procedure was quick (in and out in less than an hour), and the result is astounding! My pain has decreased by probably about 75% percent so far, which is incredible since it has only been 5 days since the procedure (as I write this post). I’ll know more when I can start weightlifting again, as he told me not to work out for at least 10 days to allow for the platelets to heal the tendons. I’m gonna give it two weeks just to be extra cautious before I start lifting again. Anyway, at this point I am totally comfortable recommending this treatment 100% if you have similar tendon issues, and of course I highly recommend getting it done by Dr. Fadly; he has clearly done this procedure countless time before judging by the swift expertise he exhibited. Dr. Fadly is the only doctor that has been successful in treating my back pain. He first treated me on 2016 when I lived in LA and I had no pain or discomfort until 2019. I live in Las Vegas now and have seen doctors that are specialist in spinal cord. I had one treatment one month ago and did not work at all. So I went back yesterday to Dr. Fadly and the treatment he did eliminated my pain. I have to go 2 more times to complete the treatment. Dr. Fadly is very knowledgeable and professional as well as the staff. I trust I am in the best hands for treatments of Spinal Stenosis. I walked in to Dr. Fadley's office suffering and hopeless to find any relief from my pain. I had been in bed 20 hours a day with no real quality of life and no success with any specialist so far. I didn't have any expectations. He is so gifted and skilled that he immediately devised a treatment plan and gave me realistic expectations that he should be able to get the pain down 70%. HE EXCEEDED THAT!! Dr. Fadley's is the most competent, compassionate, dedicated doctor. His experience with procedures was at the highest level. He's even invented a few! I can't thank him enough. The first time came to Dr. Fadly,s office I had with incredible back and neck pain. I had been in pain for the past 2 years, getting progressively worst with each day. I had tried pain meds, muscle relaxants, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and anything anyone would tell me that could potentially help me with my pain, but I would only get temporarily relief with no long term results. Dr. F is a warm, welcoming doctor. A good listener who asks questions demonstrating care for your discomfort. His office is modest, well organized and gets an “A” for cleanliness. Dr. Fadley is the ONLY Dr. Who has been able to help me with my back pain & fibromyalgia!!! He took his time to get to know me and did tests and test and tried different techniques until he got it right!!! Dr. Fadley gives me injections and is so right on my pain. He isn't like other doctors who just prescribes meds and says Ill see you next month, Dr actually takes his time with you and listens to your needs. Before Dr. Fadley, my old doctor had me on 9 different meds, each of which made me extremely nauseous. Dr. Fadley has me on 2 plus my injections. He is just really the most efficient, the most careful, the most caring, & just SUPER BRILLIANT Dr. Ive seen!!! His staff is AMAZING, KIND,& KNOWLEDGEABLE, and they are ALL VERY attentive!!! This doctor is the most direct and efficient manager of pain I have ever seen. I have been treated by hundreds of doctors over 60 yrs for complex medical conditions involving pain, and Dr Fadly diagnoses and treats with remarkable precision where others I have seen failed. I could not recommend anyone with higher skills in pain control and demeanor than Dr Fadly.

Dr. Fadly is hands down THE best pain management doctor I have every had!!! I can't say enough about the man. I am a veteran that has suffered from chronic spinal pain from compression fractures in my spine from my military service. I spent years dealing with the train wreck that is the VA. Where the VA simply offered pills as a fix all solution to chronic pain, Dr. Fadly offered "real" solutions!!! Dr. Fadly had helped me reduce my pain level significantly and my medication intake.

I highly recommend Dr. Fadly. I was in acute pain with a pinched nerve and complete numbness in my left arm. I called several doctors and no one could schedule me for a consultation for at least one week. I spoke with Dr. Fadly's front desk and was scheduled for an appointment that same day. The next day, I received an injection which gave me immediate relief. I continue to see Dr. Fadly and he is always warm and caring. His staff is also very kind.

I will send all my family and friends to Dr. Fadly. He is a very kind, knowledgable, and caring doctor. He spent about 45 minutes with me on my first visit and not only listened but addressed my concerns with back pain. I went to him after my primary doctor sent me to another pain guy who knew nothing of my condition. I was not happy so I decided to look for a pain dr on my own. I 'm glad I found Dr. Fadly. His treatments and accurate diagnosis have given me my life back. Staff is very friendly

I have had pain for many years. There has not been a dr who could pinpoint the source of my neck pain. that is until Dr. Fadly was recommended to me by a friend who had injection treatments with him. The wait is a little long because of the crazy amount of paperwork but it is worth waiting for Dr. Fadly. He has an excellent bedside manner and he treats you like a friend. I'm not going to be extreme and give him one star, but I can only give two stars. Extremely long waiting room experience. Friendly, but incompetent staff. Dr. Fadly means well and appears to be medically competent. However, he is borderline unethical in terms of his business practices. It took three weeks to get pre-approval for an injection, which turned out did not require pre-approval. When I arrived for the injection, they required $600 cash and would not accept a credit card. And this was just for the "copayment" as they indicated the total fee would be $3,000 once it ran through insurance. When I questioned him about the cash payment, he complained about the credit card companies charging him 10%, which seems outlandish. He also burdens you with complaints about his experience with insurance companies, which he should keep to himself. On a follow up visit, when I questioned the cash payment and the fact that he still had not run it through insurance, he actually said, "Don't tell me how to run my business". I couldn't believe we actually got into an argument, when I thought I was offering him constructive criticism. Regarding the medical issue, the shot only helped the pain by about 50%, which he indicated was a victory. Yoga was the real healer, post injection. Nearly two months after injection, he still has not submitted this through insurance, when I'm nearly positive they won't allow him to charge $3,000. I'm sorry, but this kind of treatment is really not acceptable. I'm not going to be extreme and give him one star, but I can only give two stars. Extremely long waiting room experience. Dr. Fadly is the most caring, intelligent, and attentive doctor in Los Angeles (or maybe even the United States). My parents and I have been seeing him for a couple years now, and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. I have RA at a young age, and could not even get myself out of bed in the morning without the help of someone else. After seeing Dr. Fadly, I am now able to do so, and I couldn't be more grateful. He truly cares for his patients. Anyone with chronic or acute pain should see him.

I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend Dr. Fadly, mainly due to poor business practices. It took him three weeks to get pre-approval, when pre-approval was not required through Blue Cross. When I arrived for the actual injection, they required $600 cash, when I only carried a credit card. My wife had to go find an ATM. When I brought up the issue, he stated, Don't tell me how to run my business. Almost two months after injection, he still has not run it through my insurance. Not acceptable.
