Called to make an appointment for my grandma, and the girl who answered the phone was really unprofessional. I was told they weren’t accepting new patients, so then why is the Doctor’s name on the insurance card??? I kept getting asked the same question 5 times in less than 5 minuets, and I was put on hold for 15 minuets before hanging up. I will never recommend anyone to come here, stay away from this place.

The receptionist was so rude and unfriendly. Never come here.

Dr. Mai absolutely the best at caring for my mother's well being. And yes she's right. I am my mom's favorite.. Lol

TERRIBLE customer service and the front desk receptionists are very rude. I called them twice, the first time they raised their voice and hung up on me because I had some confusion with their policy. The second time I called (a different day), they refused to make an appointment for me, held a grudge due to our previous bicker, told me to go somewhere else, and hung up in the middle of the conversation AGAIN. Bad customer service. I spoke with Daisy and she is so rude and unprofessional. She was raising her voice for no reason. She needs to be fired.

Super unprofessional staff and office. I called to make my dad an appointment and they denied him treatment because he hasn’t been there in 2 years. I work in the medical field and we are not allowed to deny services without a valid reason or talk rude or hang up on patients. When I was explaining this to the lady on the phone, Daisy, she got an attitude and was rude and would not let me speak. She hung up on me because “she had another call”. I called back to speak to the manager only to be put on hold 3 times and told she wasnt in. I asked for an email address or direct line so I can reach her and she told me she didnt have one. Which manager now in days doesnt have an email address? This is ridiculous. If this is how they treat a person I cant even imagine how they treat there patients. DON’T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL. If I could do 0 star, I would. The front desk is So unprofessional and rude. And as other reviewers said, they don’t want to take any sick or in pain patients.

Truth is hurt but I have to speaking out the true. Overall both of the doctors are good , but the front desk girls are so terrible - specially the girl name Yolanda Tran is the worst - rude, unprofessional, bad demeanor. She must has retrained how to interact with patients .

Dr. Hoang and her staff are very unprofessional. I called today to asked for my mom's medication prescription. I would like a print out or paper script. Her staff was telling me they can not do that and only send electrically which is a lie. Doctors are able to write prescription on a prescription pad if needed. Her staff then continue to argue with so Dr. Hoang gets on the phone and mind I'm still speaking in a normal tone. She is telling that I'm yelling at her and I need to calm down. I was still nicely telling her I just need my mom's prescription so I can take it to my pharmacy. After going in circles DR. HOANG hung up on me. This is so unprofessional in all levels. I am a RN working at a surgical center. I know how doctor's office works. I know my knowledge enough how to send in medication electronically. I do not recommend this practice at all. Let me preface this by saying - I find Dr. Mai to be a great doctor. She does seem to care about your ailments. Now, the front desk on the other hand. Oh boy, talking to them will immediately increase your blood pressure. Rude, impolite, uncaring, and generally unpleasant. Their expressions are in a perpetual miserable state. Its like the soup Nazi in Seinfeld but in a doctors office. I absolutely hate even thinking about going speaking with the front office, let alone requesting something from them. Incredibly great doctor's. Don't listen to these other reviews (they basically say why they weren't seen). The front office is really nice too. Like if you come in for something they don't treat why would they see you? These people don't make sense lol

Very disappointed in this medical practice. Dr. Hoang and her staff are very unprofessional and rude. My mom is a patient of hers for quite some time. My mom is very old school so even though the doctor is rude she doesn't like change. I called her office to get a paper script to take to my pharmacy. Her staff informed me they are unable to. I understand if you can't you can't but I to work at a surgical center and I know doctor's can write scripts if needed. Dr. Hoang herself said they only do this so it won't trouble us stopping by. I told her it's not a problem to me at all. It's literally on my way home. She refused abd started raising her voice at me but yet telling me to calm down which I was still talking normal to her. I was so surprised if how this professional was talking to me. Made me want to even laugh. I will never recommend this practice to anyone. With or without insurance. There many other places that treat patients better.

Doctor Mai is ok. But the receptionist are so mean they dont even care if you are sick they don't have any type of kindness.

DON'T COME HERE. First, the place was very dirty and badly smell like someone died inside for few days. Second, the Vietnamese lady at the front counter was very bossy and rude. She's think she's some kind of boss there. She made all decision for whom to be seen by doctor or not. Third, no smile, no patients are welcome here. They treat patients like we came to bother them. Finally, never come here if you looking for a clean and welcome environment and trusted doctors. They should not hired that lady. Just tried calling the office to make an appointment for my grandma and they really do not want to accept any patients. What people are saying about the office wanting to only accept HEALTHY patients, must be true! Called the office to try and make an appointment because my grandma has pain in her leg and also have trouble sleeping and they said that is a form of pain management and so they do not offer that service? They also said the office doesn’t prescribe meds for insomnia which is unheard of. So I then said she needs a regular checkup anyway and they refused to make an appointment for her. What kind of doctor office are they running if they do not want to take any patients with any kind of issues? Very disappointing and terrible service. This place is honestly great. Don't listen to those other reviews. It's a small office. The staff is really nice too. Both doctors are very helpful and attentive to your needs.

best medical service ive had in a long time, office staff lack customer service skills but Mai Hoang shines past them so i can ignor them lol. Would highly recommended this place and my favorite part about it is that im in and out in 30 minutes!!

Dr Hoang: Is an authentic old school Dr. She took time to sit down and discuss things. Refreshing to know she places value on the patients who come for medical care.

Dr. Mai Hoang is an exceptional doctor. My entire family endorses her fervently and without reservation. It’s true that it’s a hit or miss with the receptionists, but the caliber of Doctor is worth dealing with whatever they can throw.

Mai Hoang is the sweetest but her office act like zombies that just work there and dont smile or care lol but im glad Dr. Hoang is super nice. My favorite part is that this small office can get in and out of my appt in about 30 minutes.
